In other news...

I have two items that have SP, my shield and Warrior's Treads. I am assuming the treads are an artifact and cannot be improved? And if I can add SP to my shield, does it work just like the weapons (desired lvl x10 gold)?

You're a QM, I am sure there is some kind of magic an NPC can do to make the boots stronger.

BTW - how does one sell artifacts? Or are they just for trading? I have the useful Cultist hat, but since my sword has the wind property, I can damage undead without using the Cultist hat.

You can only trade artifacts to another player, you cannot sell them to the NPC merchants. Sorry.

Sure it's fun for the viewers, but what about us, the characters? We're racked with fear that we will fail this quest after spending so much time on it. We spent over three times the length of some quests here, what if we chose wrong? What if we die? We spent too much time on this quest to die now, or to chosethe wrong culprit. Sure my money's on the Elf(if De'kra had any money, he is forty two gold in debt), but how many of my crazy theories have been right thus far?

But in truth it was very entertaining and next time Brickdoctor makes a quest odds are that De'kra will come along.

It does seem Nerve-racking to the players, but fun from the sidelines! Though I feel bad for those in Quest #12. Not a single enemy in double digits.

I've enjoyed every minute and page of the quest, and if we fail here, then so be it. We'll have to forfeit our Shadeaux equipment, but we've gained a bunch of experience (both in-game, and with H.RPG in general), as well as gotten a few unique pieces of gear along the way. Can't take that away. Well, maybe he can, but that'd be beyond cruel, heh.

I just went and reread some of the latest information we've gotten, and I'm really curious, Doc, just how creative are you? I can imagine quite a few endgame scenarios arising, each more complicated than the last. I'll save it for the thread, though.

I can't help it, I'm still under the irritable affects of a bad movie; a bad movie without MST3K treatment. I will never get those ninety minutes back!

But true enough, we have accomplished a lot here that can't be taken from us. And unless I die in this battle, my level will increase to the two digits. I still don't want to lose, but I won't deny that even without victory we have accomplished more in this quest than most people do in a won quest. But mostly I need to get my share of the 2000 gold to pay off my debt to Tomas and a certain barbarian.
