Brickdoctor Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Level-Up Mushroom grant full levels, though. Yes, but Masked starts under Level 30, so a full Level is three portions of a Level, not four. So from Level 20.67, he gets Level 30, Level 30.25, and Level 30.5. I remember when I got a full Level after Quest 14, I was at Level 19.5. I only got two portions of a Level, being under Level 20, so from level 19.5, I got Level 20 and Level 20.33. Quote
Endgame Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 And they still call us heroes. Hey, Super Mario has been doing it since the 80s. Nope, Scorpiox, sorry - just a random saying that my family uses a lot. Whether or not it originally stemmed from that song, though... :shrug_ohwell: Quote
Flare Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Unlimited Quest: CallMePie, I release ye from yer earthly bounds... Quote
Scubacarrot Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 40 Shots with about an average of 20 seconds between shots so ~ 15 minutes for 7 seconds of footage and that's just a rough cut. Smoother animation would probably take twice as many photos and a longer setup time between shots. Ouch! It looks great though. Wonder when the first quest will appear with cutscenes. Quote

Oh, I thought you were saying by eating 3 Mushrooms Alexis goes from 29.66 to 30.5 and that was it. Nevermind. Unlimited Quest: CallMePie, I release ye from yer earthly bounds... Screw that, I'm just gonna stick around and haunt you all as the Obsidian Ghost Dragon. Quote
Endgame Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Or quick time events. Actually, I can code a little bit, so... Maybe something to think about. Quote

Aww, that's a shame, but you can make it up to me by listening to and/or buying that album. Since Flipz seems to constantly equate Heroica moments to music, how about something truly amazing?... and relevant! More likely it came from here: -snip- Noooooo! Pink Floyd > Disney! Quote
Pyrovisionary Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 (edited) I can now pitch my quest to Sandy! Edited April 20, 2013 by Skyrimguy Quote
Masked Builder Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Since this is coming fairly soon. Okay yes, there is quite a bit more skin showing here than on the figure. This is as close as it gets. Quote
Flipz Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Althior: "Oh, yeah, you know, I died. No big deal." Curse me for deciding on another crazy character twist that keeps me out of the Hall...! Quote
Endgame Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Sign-ups for 66 end tomorrow atleast, so Arthur can barge back in then. Quote
K-Nut Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Althior: "Oh, yeah, you know, I died. No big deal." Hey, this is the only way to make up for the four months of RP I didn't do. Quote
swils Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Screw that, I'm just gonna stick around and haunt you all as the Obsidian Ghost Dragon. Can I have your tail, too, then? Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 @Waterbrick Down: Cool! I've considered Heroica with video, and that's cool! I used to do some stop-motion, but I kind of forgot my skill and mainly, my patience. Keep up the good work! Quote
Endgame Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Question: Are Expert Classes outside the main 7 taught by directly the Copper Fox, or an outside party? I can't see him indulging himself in 50 shades of Bley... Quote
Scorpiox Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Question: Are Expert Classes outside the main 7 taught by directly the Copper Fox, or an outside party? I can't see him indulging himself in 50 shades of Bley... Who knows? The Fox is a jack of all trades, after all... Quote
Endgame Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Well, for the Expert Class I'm planning involves a bit of pain to become... and a little bit of spiritual mutilation... and maybe a little bit of torture that shames even the worst agony from the pits of hell itself... Quote
K-Nut Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 By the way, was it ever decide if the Robe of the Elven Necromancer was suitable for Necromancer's? I think it was decided it wouldn't, but I just want to make sure. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 By the way, was it ever decide if the Robe of the Elven Necromancer was suitable for Necromancer's? I think it was decided it wouldn't, but I just want to make sure. I don't remember there ever being a specific ruling on that artifact. (Maybe a more general decision made it unsuitable; I'm not sure.) We didn't know of the Necromancer class when the item was created. I'd like to change the item to make it suitable for Necromancers, since that obviously makes sense, but only if Sandy allows it. Quote
Flipz Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Sign-ups for 66 end tomorrow atleast, so Arthur can barge back in then. ...yes, that was the general idea. That still leaves me outside the Hall until then. Speaking of deadlines, when DOES everyone generally set their deadlines, timezone wise? I've been lucky enough that all of the Quests I've been on have been hosted in the U.S., so generally the sign-up closure deadline has been within a couple of hours of my time (plus I generally sign up well before the deadline); how do most other QMs handle timezones for deadlines? Quote
Endgame Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 I tend to close the signups rather late into my timezone, just for the sake of allowing last minute signups. Quote
JimBee Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 I'd also like to echo the others by saying a job well done with Nagure, Costy. Now that's how you minmax a Berserker, although Peppermint did a great job so far with Tesni as well (poor Tarn has no gold or luck... Go Raider when we get back! ). Massive defense and an arsenal of powerful elemental weapons for huge damage in any situation. Despite being "immune to strategy", I think these kind of investments are what are required for Berserkers to really show their strengths in battle. I also like Nagure's updated appearance. Very nice brick-built shield; and great use of the Rebel Alliance symbol upside down to make a helmet/skull symbol. On another note, is it just me or is anyone else unable to see Waterbrick Down's quest pictures? I'm getting the "this picture is not available" message. Quote
