TheBoyWonder Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Actually, DLL, I planned to ask if I can buy all the word fragments? What Price would you be looking for? Quote
Endgame Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 The sword fragments are going to be fused together in the near future - being the heirloom weapon of the Proggs, it is going to be quite nice. The fragments themselves are useless. Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Actually, DLL, I planned to ask if I can buy all the word fragments? What Price would you be looking for? Frankly, I was just holding on to them. Sylph doesn't really care much about possessions (apart from those that can benefit him substantially, such as his bow and that Medal of Glory (and maybe whatever hide the Regret drops...) but if you make it into a bargaining chip, I'd be willing to use it as one. The sword fragments are going to be fused together in the near future - being the heirloom weapon of the Proggs, it is going to be quite nice. The fragments themselves are useless. That's what I thought. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote
Flare Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Heck Legonater, I haven't seen auch an easy battle in a long time Quote
TheBoyWonder Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Progg swords are my favorite type of swords. Quote
Endgame Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 (edited) Its going to be Progg-sized, too. I'll run a round in a little bit when the conversations in 48 slow down. Edited April 21, 2013 by Endgame Quote
The Legonater Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Heck Legonater, I haven't seen auch an easy battle in a long time I'm revamping the stats of all future enemies as we speak. Quote
Endgame Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 (edited) I'm revamping the stats of all future enemies as we speak. Squaring every enemy's HP, right? Regret-sized sword. An Eidolon sized sword (or, worse, a Mythrogg sized sword) would either be too heavy to weild or powerful to the point of being gamebreaking. Edited April 21, 2013 by Endgame Quote

-obelix- Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Note to questers on #64: I know Heroica isn't always fair, but I wish to try and keep it as fair as possible. If only IC... That is why I asked Brickington to give away weapons he wont be using, and even out the distribution somewhat. Dont judge me too harshly... Quote

I'll make more from My shields. So It is fair I suppose.... Quote
Waterbrick Down Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 I didn't see that! Where's it advertised? I just checked the Market, but didn't see it! ~Insectoid Aristocrat I'll out bid you Danny. We shall see. So posades, how hard of a quest do you want? I've heard of enemies favoring certain classes, but I don't think anyone's ever given it a try. Quote

Dannylonglegs Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Ugh. Sylph might as well just go to the fields and get one the hard way! There's no way he can out bid every Player and his Sister for the thing. Druids may be the best support class, but they don't pay well. I'm gunna have to sell-out and be a bloody rogue next character. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote

Brickdoctor Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 See, this is another area* in which Minstrels are a better support class than Druids: "Don't try to outbid me, or I won't sing the Dirge of the Phoenix for you." Druids don't really have a choice when they roll Roots of Life. *I think Minstrels overall are a better pure support class than Druids, especially if you can get two of them together or one of them with a Rogue who bought lots of Grand Tonics. Flipz Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 I'd go for awesome quest/easy loot. That would me mine, then. *buffs all enemy SP by 300% and makes them Immune to Lifestealer* Boomingham grins, equally as impish. "I don't know why the idea is laughable. I think I made quite an impression on her last time. Now I just have to change that impression, and I'm golden." God I wish I had Boomingham's confidence with women. Quote

Fine, I'll grant you that, but there aren't any True Minstrels yet (Aquos not counting due to his almost unmanageably small ether, which means he's only supporting as long as he himself is being supported, which cuts into Sylph, Elgar, and Alex's effectiveness)... Sylph would truly be a minstrel if he could just play an instrument (or had any Hinckwell reputation). Also, super pleased I got to turn someone into a Newt. Probably more pleased than I should be. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Edited April 21, 2013 by Dannylonglegs Quote
