Scubacarrot Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Suddenly I want to see a time-travel quest. There was one... Quest 21, but it got cancelled. Quote
CMP Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 I would like to go on Guffington 2, but if it's Ellaria, Atramor, Tesni, Hybros, and Guts also on the Russel Quest, which is more focused on battles and strategy... Suddenly the battles seem a lot less difficult, especially if we have that party with us. Quote
Rumble Strike Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Or maybe it just hasn't happened yet... Quote

Scubacarrot Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 How about a random question of the unspecified time period, everybody loves those, right? Who do you think is the strongest character in terms of battle? or most useful or something like that. Not who would win in a fight between all heroes. I would have to go with Atramor. His flail may be the most powerful thing in the game at the moment. I created it. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Tough battles, bring em on! Suddenly the battles seem a lot less difficult, especially if we have that party with us. There is the one battle that's apparently designed just to Knock Out Docken, but yeah, Scubacarrot, we'll be taking the Quest 39 party and adding another tank, a Deadly Poisoner, and a Druid. Quote
CMP Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 I would have to go with Atramor. His flail may be the most powerful thing in the game at the moment. I created it. Only when you combine it with somebody as destructive as Guts. And let me tell you, it's not as nearly as fun as you think setting up the opportunity for somebody else to strike the winning blow. His flail may be the most powerful thing in the game at the moment. I created it. I think Flipz is more versatile than Pie in terms of effects. And in that area, Cornelius will be even more valuable once he gets to Minstrel. But right now the heroes that I'd want questing with me in any quest would have to be the Druids. And let me tell you, it's not as nearly as fun as you think setting up the opportunity for somebody else to strike the winning blow. Oh, if that party goes on the Russel Quest, this would be the perfect opportunity for you to give the Sword of Ancestral Hatred to either Hybros or Guts and start increasing that WP. Quote
JimBee Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 I would have to go with Atramor. His flail may be the most powerful thing in the game at the moment. I created it. Eh, not even close IMO. There are many more very powerful items, such as the Lucky Die, Yeti Fur Coat or even the Banana Bladerang. Although I will agree that Atramor is one of the most versatile characters. Special Mirror is just way too cool. I also think Docken (of couse) and Erdathcath (where is Customizer, anyway?) are good contenders. Cinna was also a very hard hitter and was able to soak up damage on Quest 50. There is the one battle that's apparently designed just to Knock Out Docken, but yeah, Scubacarrot, we'll be taking the Quest 39 party and adding another tank, a Deadly Poisoner, and a Druid. And me. Trust me, that's been a long time coming. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 And me. Yes, you were part of the Quest 39 party that I said we'd be adding to. Quote
TheBoyWonder Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Combrys/Sword of Ancestral Hatred are powerful, but overall hero for me is a tie. Galen/Guts. Galen for his throwing knife abilities, and Guts for the dancing shoes. Quote

Galen for his throwing knife abilities, and Guts for the dancing shoes. Foog's Rubber Band is game changing for someone who uses throwing weapons, and it's undoubtedly very powerful, but I don't think it can make him the overall most useful hero, since Rangers can do the same thing. (Use ranged weapons with no penalties.) Quote
Endgame Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 The ultimate Progg! he isn't there to fight though, so worry not. Quote
Flipz Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 (edited) Damn. I'm sad you didn't ask me to render him for you, though. I don't care if it takes my rig a month, I want that sucker in high-res! Edited April 29, 2013 by Flipz Quote

Maybe I didn't want to spoil him? The angel you see him at now is the only angle the Mythrogg actually looks good at - he is woefully incomplete, I fear. If I make a complete Mythrogg, the universe would either fold over or my computer would melt. Quote

The model I'm working on for Flipz is at three thousand bricks with no indication of slowing my computer down, and Alienwar has been known to build LDD models over twenty thousand bricks. Quote
Endgame Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Somewhere in the... 2,000 area, if I remember? I use a rig from 2004, if isn't the greatest. Quote
LordoftheNoobs Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Oh god, I just pissed Yasmar off even more didnt I? Please guys, don't blame Grimwald for my stupididty! Quote

Not to mention one of my sets for my Quest covers an area of more than 150x64 and is at least 15 bricks high, and it's only about halfway done at the moment. Quote
Endgame Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Bloody hell Flipz, I couldn't help you if I wanted to! My computer would explode! Quote
