Really? I thought for sure we were supposed to go to the shops before the mine.

Well, you are a bunch of level 2s at the moment. It may be wise to have a look around the main street before rushing off into the mine, but if you can convince Nerwen then it's all good :classic:

Sandy, Is it Ok if I create a "blue-print" area in the hall where I'll upload LDD models of some of the quest areas? Anyways, I'll post ldd models for the areas from quest 10:

*snip*

I'll post the LDD files soon...

here's the LDD file for what I have made so far.

No, I don't think that sort of things belong to the Heroica Hall -topic. You can use the Library-topic, though.

But why did you repost all the pictures from Quest#10 here? What was the point of that?

The players for quests #14 and #15 have been chosen, so go check them out!

Regarding the length of these quests, #14 (The Family Recipe) can either be very short or very long, depending on the choices you make during the quest. Quest #15 is more straightforward plot-wise, but there is a lot to explore in the Jolly Roger's Grotto. If the quests go on over the holidays, I will warn in advance that there will be breaks. But what's the rush, eh?

It's like images are going out of fashion...

I'll assume the fast route is failure, and the long route is completing the Quest?

I kinda gotta agree, Flitwick. I've been noticing (and it's been pointed out here by someone else, I think) that only a few people are consistantly making pictures to go along with objects. I know it's not quite important, but I personally believe those items with images are a lot more interesting than those without.

Ok, sorry. I just thought it would help people that wanted to compare the model and the pictures so they didn't have to go back to the quest and read through the whole thing.

Do not fear! I will always make some picture for any item in my quests...

Etzel, Just wanted to say you are doing a fabulous job with your scenes, I especially like your mini ship. Some interesting twists in the quest as well. Keep up the good work! :classic:

Thanks! I hope my future scenes also will be appreciated. :classic:

And I hope you will enjoy your first battle, that is one terrifying enemy you are facing!:laugh:

Cronk just hope mast not land on Cronk. Or that mast not summon that terrifying monkey. No yellow hats will be safe!

I think you must've missed this post Sandy:

Alexander walks to the quest board, and scratches out his name on all of the quests. He is no longer signed up. For questions, see the quest I am hosting.

Participants:

~
Alexandre Chevalier
, Level 1 Knight (Capt.JohnPaul)

~
Bartholomew Docken
, Level 13 Ranger (Brickdoctor)

~
Thothwick
, Level 3 Rogue (Professor Flitwick)

~
Cinna the Dark
, Level 10 Mage (darkdragon) *Party Leader*

It appears you might want to select a different hero.

Thanks for the notice! I will do that.

Great quest so far Eztel, the set are great and so are the details. I just need to clarify, will my crossbow affect the mast?

Thanks! No, your crossbow won't do any damage to the mast. But you might be of help if the monkey joins the battle.

I have to add to the compliments on the good work so far, Etzel. The battle with the mast is certainly creative. Strangely, the plot and setting is somewhat similar to part of the quest that I will be hosting soon. Great minds think alike?

I love the way characters interact in this game, rivalries and friendships are great and I need to say that I, like everybody else, think Cronk is awesome! He needs his own show, well at least his own quest!

But Haldor still loves a special someone...

Not you Althior dammnit!

Thanks JB!

I'm looking forward to see your one. :sweet:

Right, that was the secret second special.:tongue:

I'm rooting for the Monkey in Quest 16. Personally I would have classified it as Humanoid or at least Humanoid/Vermin, it looks closer to a human than trolls.

Masked Builder, I am curious as to the nature of the Gear from your quest, is it supposed to be a retrievable ranged weapon or what exactly?

I kind of assumed that in writing it up, but I'm still a bit lost on that as well...

Yeah, I wasn't really sure what to classify it as. Vermin seemed like the best choice since it's an animal but not really a beast. I guess I can change it to Humanoid/Vermin, no one got an Amethyst weapon so it won't be a difference.

Wait, that was the end of Quest 9? Sorry, it just didn't seem like a conclusion to me. I think 'Gear' is just a collective name being used for a set of weaponry. That's the best I can think of, anyways.

Loving Quest 16 so far, Etzel. Beautiful mini ship.
