"Master Knight, I don't think we've met, I'm KING Thrain Longbeard" He said Slipping in another one of his lies

"are you talking to me?"

"well its an honour to met you your Highness, one question though are you not required in your kingdom, I thought being a King was something you couldn't abandon to go off questing"

"I am Sir Sven, a mighty Knight"

"Ah well, Um...yes, its a pleasure to meet you too mighty knight but i'm afraid the story of my kingdom is a sad one you see it was destroyed by um..... killer Manatee" Thrain yelled creating one of his worst lies yet

"so about you I believe I recognize your attire, I would say it must be a family heirloom, though you cannot go wrong with good armour especially if its made by a dwarf" Thrain said loudly

Posted

"Well that is a sad tale, Killer Manatees, the fat sea cows, I almost don't believe it  "

"thanks for noticing the armour it is an antique but finly crafted, and Dwarf Steel never loses its strength"

"I don't predict weather, Orc, I just saw the storm, plus is poring rain outside." Trotter sat down at a table and ordered a warm cup of tea. "Oh, and Bacari, what the hell are you talking about?"

If the wind gods wanted to destroy this MIGHTY town and hall, one tornado isn't going to do it, so I would assume he summoned wind warriors to pillage as well.

EDIT: I'm going to go hunt these wind warriors in the rain, if anyone wants to join me, they can. Bacari unslings his crossbow and starts to head out the door.

Walks in.

"There are still more people in here today," she thinks to herself.

"I wonder where they keep coming from?"

Walks over to bar and orders a beer.

Sits down at table and watches the goings on.

Trotter still sat where he was last night. He hadn't moved the whole night. The storm had passed, but he was still greatly unsettled.

"Schnezerzade, (is that how you spell it?) here's a gift."

Bacari hands over the bird with his right arm, which is bleeding and trying to stop the flow with cloth.

"I'll have some warm coffee."

He gets his drink and goes to sit by the fire, freezing cold and shivering.

Going up to the bar to get some ale Elgar asked if anybody wanted to play darts. Rangers have good aim so they are fitted for darts

I would but you see my arm is wounded, and good news is, no crossbow shooting today, I won't be able to pull back the bow string.

The door swings open, and a figure, wet from the storm, walks in. He walks over to the Orc bar maid, observing the various drunk, passed out or near-passed out people as he walks.

"Green Lea Tea if you've got any."

The Orc hands him a cup of tea, and walks to a nearby table where another of his kind, an Elven Ranger, is sitting. Upon closer examination, it appears she is drinking one of those disgusting Human beers, undoubtably the cause of the numerous passed-out bodies strewn throughout the room. However, Koemus hasn't been around another elf in months, and decides to say hi anyway.

"Hi there. I'm Koemus."

"Good morning trotter! How was your sleep?"

Asked Erdathcath after picking up a meal of eggs, toast,a few slices of ham, and yet another cup of Green-Lea.

"I've been sitting here all night. I can't sleep during storms. Also..." He paused a took a sip from his mug. "When I went on my walk, I saw something that was... interesting. I saw a party of Orcs making their way into the mountains, but they were with some Barbarians. Over 100 altogether. Looked to me as if they were gathering all the clans and tribes for something, and some tribes of Barbarians are with them."

Wait, which Elven Ranger, there is like 5.

Hm, this does not look good. Perhaps, this is a quest without a master.

Did you recognize any barbarians (or Orcs) that were here? Perhaps, if there were any, they are going to alert those whom we seek to attack. We shall have to move out soon.

OOC: I mentioned beer, I think the only beer drinking elf here is Alexis Fenral.

Oh, right, my bad. I shall go back to sitting close to the fire, still shivering.

EDIT: Yes, your cow will be safe. Except my crossbow is loaded, so only 1 shot I have.

"I didn't get a good enough look at anyone from the group, but the flag the Orcs were carrying was that from across the sea. I'm not knowledgeable when it comes to the Barbaric clans, so I am not sure. Should we alert everyone here, so they can prepare?"

Perhaps us rangers shall go scout around?

Don't panic. My parents gave some very useful advice: when ever you are worried drink some ale, mead or beer and eat lots, It would make you forget your problems :drunk::wink:

"Perhaps we should go and scout. And Elgar, are you going to help or not?"
