Palathadric Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 "Something to eat? Sounds like a great idea. Could have been mine, indeed" She turns to to Scheherazade: "Get us two pieces of this cake- or pastry-thing, will ya? I bet you have something like that here." "And some more cake-seed-cake for the rest of us!" Quote
Tanma Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 IC: De'kra stumbles out of his tired state, and spots the new Quest. Excited to meet the Rito agrain, the echo quickly sighed up for Quest 59. Quote
Palathadric Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 In direct defiance to any QM's orders or wishes, I notice a bunch of wierdoes trundle through the hall and exchange words with the Orcish barmaid. They head on downstairs without too much further ado. "Phew, I was worried that that motley crew would call themselves heroes. It only seems as if the Hall is hiding illegal immigrants under its basement. That's a relief!" I suddenly notice a suspicious-looking short and dark figure signing up for the quest on the questboard. Ack! Another one of those demons! Quote

xxlrocka Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Drake signs up for Quest #57: Green And Gone! Drake stumbled into the hall, looking drunker than usual. He seemed tired too, and he had blood stained on his clothes and sword. Some heroes that were... less experienced and new looked towards Drake as he walked grimly past the others. Some were confused, some shocked, others didn't care. He quickly explained the news... "... I regret to say I have killed someone. Not somebody important, just that old murderer who was an expert in hypnotising people. He's a mad fellow, he was. R.I.P. Dragsa Roht, thief and murderer. Anyway, I'll be, uhh, having good day/night now." And right after that, Drake fell stone cold to the floor. Quote
Tanma Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 IC: De'kra suddenly noticed a hero collapse, waking him from his dazed look. Quickly he rushed towards the murderer, clicked, "Anyone here know human biology well?" In the meantime he offered a potion to the figure. Quote
Palathadric Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 "Pah! Hold your potion, shadowed one." I heal Drake using one ether. "If that doesn't do the trick, nothing will." Quote

Mizuki pulls out her Sylph Shuriken at shows it to Stigveladi while pouring another cup of tea for both of them. "Thanks for the tea. What is this? Looks sharp and dangerous. How do you fight with it? Can it float like my old broomstick?" Quote
Tachyon Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Mizuki downs the rest of her tea before explaining to Stigveladi "The shuriken is sort of like a throwing knife, except this one has been imbued with a sapphire on one side and a diamond on the other so it can deal wind and light elemental damage to the opponent." After explaining, Mizuki gets up from the bar and sees people trying to heal Drake who is lying on the floor passed out. Mizuki pulls out some needles from her satchel and stabs several into Drake's back. "This will wake him up and speed up the healing process." She explains to the other heroes who are standing around Drake. Quote
Tanma Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 IC: De'kra nods to the others, before suddenly clicking, "Um...how long was I out of it for this time?" Quote

Hoping to re-intergrate with Heroica's society he sign's up for Quest 59 One of the heroes has been sleeping more or less since my arrival at the hall a year ago, awakens and signs up for Quest #59 immediately. "How fairs life at the hall, bearded elf?" I grin. Quote
xxlrocka Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Drake woke up just as everybody left. He saw an old elf, a monk that probably likes pretzels and people talking about shurikens. Drake threw his sword away, hoping it would be clean by the next day, and he went over to the quest board and stared at it for a long time. Quote

Palathadric Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Mizuki flashes and appears carrying a plate of snacks and some wine dropping it onto the table in front of Monk Pretzal before dissapaering in a puff of smoke I pick up one of the snacks and sniff it suspiciously. Mizuki has changed in recent times. Or so it seems. She seems darker...somehow. I nip off a portion and nibble on it throughtfully. "Life here at the hall is most comfortable. Anyhow, my name is Amorith. Might I enquire as to yours?" I offer the tray to Amorith. "Pretzel. Monk Pretzel, by name and occupation, although technically occupation and name respectively. One would argue that a hero's life is not meant to be one of comfort." Quote

One would argue that a hero's life is not meant to be one of comfort." Life is not usually comfortable, it would be foolish to not enjoy it when it arises. Although I think you misunderstand me, I meant that living at the hall is comfortable rather than my life as a whole. Quote
Palathadric Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 "So it is. Unfortuately, it seems, in recent months it has turned to be a host of many villainous characters though." Quote
legobodgers Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Indeed. OOC: I still haven't caught up my reading for the 30 or so quests I missed so unfortunately I have no idea what you are talking about. Quote
Palathadric Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 "Undead, Vampires, Demons, even, stroll the hall as if it were their home. Despicable! Contemptable really. I believe most of them are out questing. Can you believe it? Undead running quests for Heroica! Do they think they have minds of their own." Quote
