As for putting this book into practice, do it well and the mere mention of your name will make some scream, others shiver and sigh, and still others wet their pants. Every man in Heroica will know of you and I am sure many will queue for your attention. That is a kind of love, no doubt. However, it will require a maturity I am not certain you possess. Have you lain with more than just the two men from Heroica?

Nerwen leans a little closer

And yet, you blush to speak of it. You need not fear that I would condemn or judge. I am a mother, and I have seen much else besides. There is no need for shyness or embarasment. Such things are a part of life. Although the short-lived humans obsess about it more than the 'Quessir, we do still enjoy the warmth of bodies together and appreciate the power that comes from passion and desire.

And that is what this book will teach you. The power that comes from desire. The first step is seeing yourself as desirable.

Nerwen's voice dropped lower carrying only to Alexis's ears

She sits back in her seat. "Then you think that I will get what I desire from this? That is the only reason I really hesitate to read more of it."

Nerwen sees Alexis lean away from her.

She is silent for a while, pondering her words.

Sarge; bored and juggling the scissors, shouts over to Brickington and Arnulf to join him at his table.

"What have you lads been doing since we last met?"

[Shoker86]

"Oi, Sarge, I have wandered around town, looking for best brothel" Arfulf shouts back to Sarge while aproaching his table. "I have yet to taste Eubric wenches. You?"

[Brickington]

Sir Brickington walked with Arnulf over to Sarge> "To be honest, nothing really."

As soon as he entered the Hall, Thalion spotted a familiar face. He approached the man "Master Bishop? Is that you?"

[Shoker86]

"Yes, that's me alright, have we met before , I've seen your face before, wait, wait, Thalion, lad is that you?"

"Yes, its me! What are you doing here?" After a short pause he continued, "Last time we saw each other you were a caravan guard. How did you end up in Eubric?"

[Shoker86]

"Well I'll make it short, I served in various raiding parties, some sellsword companies, mostly figting , drinking and ploughing wenches, same old Arnulf" Arnulf bursted to laughter "And you Thalion, have you become mage, I bet you are better at casting spells than playing poker, good to see you Thalion, how you ended up here?"

"Same old Arnulf! Indeed I have, a a full fledged mage of the Academy. Of course I have, and I never learned to play that strange game. Either that or you cheated..." Thalion smiled. "Pretty much standard story, after we finished our arcane training we are encouraged to go out to the world and gather as much experience and learn as much as we can. So this seemed like a good place for that. And I wasn't wrong about that. We have already done some pretty great quests and helped out some people. In fact, I just returned from one such quest. We helped return a small boy back to his family." Thalion got himself a drink, "What have you been up too? Seems you still prefer the company of rogues..." Thalion looked at Arnulf's company, "Hello fellow heroes, sorry for not greeting you sooner, but this old man is an old friend of mine. My name is Thalion Dwinlas", he said with a small bow.

[Shoker86]

"It seems you got good quests, me" Arnulf sighed for moment "I only got some stalker dude with suicidal tendencies, corrupted Town Watch, and mad apprentices. But at least I got some money, but looking for suitable weapon. Need some money, I know that those mage things are priced as hell?"

"All the one's I went on were excellent quests. And your's don't sound too shabby at all, except that thing about the Town Watch, that sounds troubling... Of course I have, my old friend, take a look at this dagger." Thalion hands him the Cheesy Dagger. "Think you can use that?"

[Shoker86]

"Excellent dagger, and suits my cheesy oneliners I sell to ladies perfectly, except for Karie, that's one hell of a woman, and thief also" Arnulf said "I'll give you 155 gold for it, you should equip yourself properly, deal?"

A grin appeared on Thalion's face. "You still do that? Do you get slapped as often as you used too?" He pondered for a moment. "Deal. Here, you can use those as well." Thalion handed Arnulf the Cheesy Dagger and 2 Venoms and accepted 155 gold.

"Not so often as I used to, now I mostly deal with professionals" Arnulf grinned "But I still got slapped from time to time, once some milksman's daughter hit me me so hard, I could't get up for 2 days, good I could use some venom" Arnulf gives Thalion 155 gold and recievs Cheesy Dagger and 2 venoms

"Good, glad you liked it. This will also help me get some nice equipment..." Thalion takes a sip, "Tell me, are there any interesting quests to sign up? I would like to go on one with you, see you in action..."

"Any friend of Arnulf is a friend of mine! I was his leader whilst going after them stalkers."

"Well I signed up for all three available quests, I hope that we will serve together, I want to see that magic of yours"

He turned to Sarge "I have to taste some woman, I wanted to plough our last questgiver but that guy killing himsel ruined the moment, we should hit brothel sometimes"

Although that is what I would have expected from a rogue, I wasn't expecting that from Arnulf. The name's Sir Brickington by the way. I served along Arnulf in our last two quests.
