Scubacarrot Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 He looked around, and peeked on board. No one was in plain sight, so he helped himself to explore the ship, lifting lids of containers and poking things. Suddenly, Hybros hears someone scraping their throat. In the doorway to the cabin, stands Guts. The raider, wearing only a simple shirt and pants, raised an eyebrow at seeing the imp on his ship, seemingly messing around with a coil of rope. Mockingly, the raider said: "Welcome aboard the El Alligaleon." Quote

Myrddyn Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Erik entered the hall, after a long time away. He wandered around for a short time, and was relieved to find that it did not take too long for him to re-familiarize himself with the buildings layout. Despite the aimless nature of his wandering, he wound up in front of the questboard. He ran his thumb along the edges of his weapons. JimBee Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 "Welcome aboard the El Alligaleon." Hybros turned around and dropped the rope. "Hehe, so this is your ship, after all. Or did you... Comandeer it? Hehehe... You will have to tell me how you got it." Quote
Scubacarrot Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 "Perhaps I bought it?" The raider kept a straight face, then shrugged. "The previous owners, slavers got in the way of my blade during a mission. It passed down to me. At least, the others don't seem very interested in it. She's a fine ship, fast, and you can work her with as few as two people." Quote

I thought it's just what people do around here. Do you have a problem with it? Would you, perchance, be interested in selling any of those scrolls or gems?" Edited May 16, 2013 by Palathadric Quote

Bricksandparts Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Johon shoves the monk back, who was still rummaging through his stuff. "Back off. I'm very dependent on the strength of my shield, and I guess in the back of my mind there's always the possibility of getting my hands on some Adamantite. This one is already Mythrilized, so I'd prefer to sell it to someone not as dependent on high-SP as I and begin upgrading a new one for myself." Quote

"Well with all the gold you have, it could be. I never thought about buying a boat - ehm, ship - myself though. I do not suppose those slavers took too kindly to you taking their ship, hehe." Hybros squinted his eyes and grinned a little. "I am no sailor, but perhaps we can take it on our next journey, wherever that may be. If you are still sticking around, that is, eheh. You should know that I don't fight in the arena and as the barbarian woman...time has taken her name from my memory, but as she said on that day we met, some time back ... ah, yes, Alisha was her name ... anyway, her words were that there was no way that you could ‘take’ me, and furthermore that I could defeat you in one hit.
