CMP Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Atramor jams his thumb over his shoulder at the elven evoker. "Quit whinin' old man, he's right over there." Quote
Palathadric Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 I recognize the man who sold the Heavy Flail and Robe of the Archmagi to me. He looks a darn sight better than the last time I saw him. Perhaps my influence is paying off. "Don't toy with my, kid! Arasmyth died months ago now. Were you the devil that signed his name here. I was half suspecting that undead freak, seeing that the demon didn't get in here before I did. "By the way, Erik, could I have my Smoke Bomb back? And that goes for the druid too." Quote
Endgame Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 "Look with your eyes, you blasted monk. He's right over near the door." Quote
Palathadric Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 "Believe me, I've kept a close eye on the door. The demon has not entered yet. Blind of mind, heart and eyes!" Quote
Myrddyn Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 (edited) Erik enters the hall and hands his Smoke bomb to Pretzel. Edited October 3, 2013 by Myrddyn Quote
Brickdoctor Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 I look up as a group of heroes returns to the Hall. "Ah, Father Pretzel. I have a gut feeling — a vision from God, as you might say — that you have something I would be interested in, for a donation to your cause of 150 Gold." I hold to Monk Pretzel a bag of 150 Gold. Quote
Kadabra Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Arasmyth winces as he hears his name. Pretzel had been a friend - or at least a good acquaintance, even if they had never gotten the chance to quest together. Now he couldn't avoid the whole 'being dead' thing anymore. Hey, Pretzel. Long time no see, huh? Quote
Vash the Stampede Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Dreyrugr walks into the hall, he almost chuckled inside thinking that whatever had happened for once couldn't be blamed on him. Dreyrugr walked over to the quest board. I'm done with investigations, where's something simple. Heroes unafraid of demons, ironically fits the picture perfectly. Dreyrugr signs his name under Quest #85: Visions of an Unblinking Terror. Somewhat tired of his investigations Dreyrugr heads over to an empty table and sits down. Quote

"How kind of you, Mr...pardon if I've forgotten your name... "Really, your gift is most generous. Here..." I hand Barty Docken my Magnifying Glass Scroll of Disenchantment. "Treat it with care." Brickdoctor Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 "'Great eye in the desert'...it cannot take physical form but its spirit has lost none of its potency. It's gaze pierces cloud, shadow, earth and flesh. A great eye, lidless, wreathed in flame. "...I wonder if there's a stat bonus associated with only having one eye; a second eye is an easy dump stat." I sign up for Quest 85: Visions of an Unblinking Eye. Quote
Dragonfire Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Avalanche saw Pretzel's notice on the board. He looked around for the monk, 3 gold in his paw. He wanted to buy the Venom. Quote

Holding the scroll in one hand, I count out an extra 27 Gold coins with the other and hold them out to the monk. "Right, right! My apologies, I believe we spoke sometimes ago. How's the defense coming along? I'll take those 27 coins off of you then. I accept the 27 Gold and Hand Docken the Magnifying Glass and Shovel. "Picked up this Magnificent Microscope in my last quest. Combines the uses of the Magnifying Glass with that of the Telescope. A useful device really." He looked around for the monk, 3 gold in his paw. He wanted to buy the Venom. I look at the weirdy beardy being in front of me, with a mixture of disdain and disgust. "Well, what kind of abomination have we here. I guess you may as well have this venom. Don't be using it on me. I'll give you 2 for 5 Gold if you want. They're of more use to your sort than they are to me." I take the 3 Gold and give Avalanche the Venom. If Avalanche wants my other Venom, I'll give it to him for 2 Gold. Quote
