Germ notice this and was surprised. And thought: Who would of thought begging would worked.

Germ awaken from his quick nap, a little surprised the last he recalled was talking to Warlen. And then notice him eating some weird soup. But, Germ wanted to find more people for The Fields of Glory, and started to look around for some more people.

Noticing the giant and had an idea. So, went up to him and said: Excuse me sir, I am The Demon Germ and I trying to form a team for The Fields of Glory. And I thought you might be helpful in that pursuit. And, from what I can tell it looks like you can "Heal" people. Then adding I do have 2 others willing to go with me, Throlar (who you was talking to) & Warlen "the elf mage" point to him at the bar.

OoC: Still looking for one other player, ideally between level 5 to 12.

I would be honored to accompany you to the Fields. I am told there is much opportunity for wealth and growth hidden within its boarders. When do we depart?

The Wolfgang trusting me now was just an added benefit." He sits back, "There's a way to take out the songstress that Ulric is siding with. Once that happens, I can be content whether Ulric rises to power or not. Ulric has some good ideas, that you cannot deny. Someone needs to take down that damned Hovel Wall too.

Looking up, Warlen noticed some other heroes enter the hall.

As he sat there eating his meal, he wished he could be on a quest again, or at least have someone to talk to, seeing as Quariom had gone to sleep.

"You don't seem to like any of us, just go sit at another bloody table, you seem to want to gloat at your possessing the moral high ground, justifying your failure. Well stop it and megabluck off back to the mines you little pompous bastard before I decapitate you with my left hand, if I can reach that far down into the depths of whatever hell you seem to reside and impede on others.I been doing merc work fifty odd years, since I was as tall as you, I taken down Empires, dictators and democracy for hard earned cash and you come in here telling me, Althior and Eric that we done the wrong thing by trying to take down a corporate dictatorship of an anarchical society?

The houses are above the law, they rule this place with an iron fist, but no, none of us mercs see it cos you all got your heads up in the clouds being assassins of the light fighting for what is right. They can arrest anyone they want in this place, they may not have a secret police but the current one does a good enough job.

"Second, The Empire of Xu is going to be at least annoyed by having their ambassadors, the Ji Pei, just up and kicked out of the city, and that's if they aren't all killed instead, in any case a massive empire with access to some of the most powerful war machines in the world and some pretty rare resources, jade, silk, rare spices, technological marvels that no one else can make, is not going to be happy, in case you haven't noticed, Eubric is the only city that they are engaged with diplomatically, if any kind of revolt with anti-Ji Pei sentiments goes down here then it's back to good old isolationism again, and trade and anybody involved in it goes down. Or they declare war on Eubric."

Looking up, Warlen noticed some other heroes enter the hall.

Nur peeked through the railing from the stairway to see who was currently dining in Scheherazade's Saloon. He ducked down and whispered, "Now, like we planned. Remember to smile real big." A shabby figure approaches the bar.

"I would like two chicken drumsticks, please." Nur chuckled loudly from the stairs. Alfred moved to Warlen's table. "Greetings, I am En Sabah Nur. May I join you?" Alfred gave a shallow bow and attempted to grin yet his facial exp<b></b>ression did not change and remained devoid of life. Nur sat down then laid back against the stairs as he laughed hysterically to himself.

"Nur!"

"I haven't seen you since I first came to the hall!"

"I have not been instructed as to what to respond beyond the initial greeting." Nur makes his way to the table. "That's enough Alfredo. Head downstairs to the questboard and don't move or speak. All who sign up for a quest will think I have been honored with my own statue in the Hall! Greetings, Warlen, where is your floating companion? It seems they have shut down the arena as no one has entered since we last departed."

Warlen grimaced.

"Yep. I wonder what happened to the arena."

In response to Nurs query about Quarion, he replied "Oh, let me wake him up."

Warlen then proceeded to poke Quarion with his staff.

Quarion burst back into flames as he awakened.

"En Sabah Nur. Good to see you."

"So, Nur, how you been?" asked Warlen. "Any interesting Quests?"

"And what exactly were you doing, dwarf? You were bleeding out onto the blood brick road in two pieces like a pathetic beast. Say what you will about what happened, but at least we were able to see our job to the end," Althior promptly stands and walks away from the table.

He makes his way down the stairs and is about to exit when he sees Alfred at the quest board, he quickly turns his head back and gives the golem an inquisitive stare. "Kill me again," he mutters. He then opens the doors and proceeds back into the crisp, autumn breeze.

Warlen grimaced.

"Yep. I wonder what happened to the arena."

In response to Nurs query about Quarion, he replied "Oh, let me wake him up."

"Ah, there 'e is. Greetings, Quarion. Yes, I went on an adventure with the gentlemen at that lively table there. Brought that rocky fellow, Alf back to the Hall. What sort of mischief did you run into during your latest travels?"

"Mischief, huh?" Warlen grinned.

"Murder, Dark Druids, Dragoons, Dragons, and an enemy I thougt was an ally. Actually, the Enem-Ally was the cause of a rift in the party."

Warlen grimaced. "I hate assassins now."

He grinned again. "Still, from the reward, and selling a spare sword, I got some huge amounts of loot. Which is now mostly spent."

[Duvors]

"Yes, I lost, and you... gave up."

"Gentlemen, I'm sorry to leave you like this but I really must go see a friend of mine, and remember, I have nothing against the Wolfgang's ideas, just their methods."

With that he left for distant quarters.
