Hoke made his way over to Tesni and Tarn and set down 3 frothy mugs, took a seat and smiled. He unslung his great sword off of his shoulder and set it against the table. Hoke lifted his mug for a toast saying:

"To future quests! May they come soon and often."

Her drink finished Tesni was in slightly more cheerful spirits. While her friends quested she would have more time to explore the island, without worry of monsters jumping out to atttack. "Ah, I will find another quest soon enough." She smiled to her friends.

[Rumble Strike]

"To future quests and future conquests!" said Tarn, taking a huge chug of his ale. He hoped he would be selected for Quest 11.

Elgar entered the hall and sat down next to some barbarians and a knight. Elgar orderd another round of drinks and talked about quests, it seemed they all wanted to gon on the search for the missing alchemist. He hoped he would go with them too.

Elgar entered the hall in a fine forest man hat and hand made elven chainmail, which grows stronger as the hero grows stronger

Though the alchemical telepathic ink was incappable of speaking aloud, it metaphysically reminded the inhabitants of the hall that those signed up for Quest 11 currently include:

"Hurrha. This is boring!" Groaned Tesni, stretching out to work the stiffness from her limbs. She had already reduced a dozen practice posts to sawdust, swept the sawdust and replaced the posts. The map of Eubric in the library showed taller mountains to explore. Leaving word with the message mages that she would ike to know when new quests were posted, Tesni packed her bag with travel rations and left the hall.

Alf walks around until he figures out who En Sabah Nur is. "you En Sabah Nur? right?" Alf shakes hands with the unwilling mage. "I figure you be quest lead? Hopeful we go on good adventure!" Alf meets up with the other two fellow quest-mates.

Through clenched teeth the mage greeted his questmate. The barbarian's crushing grip caused the mage to wince and the intense handshake rattled his jaw. "Have you made the necessary preparations for our mission? Our journey begins soon." Nur looked around the Hall for his other companions. For the first time in a long time, he was nervous.

Through clenched teeth the mage greeted his questmate. The barbarian's crushing grip caused the mage to wince and the intense handshake rattled his jaw. "Have you made the necessary preparations for our mission? Our journey begins soon." Nur looked around the Hall for his other companions. For the first time in a long time, he was nervous.

"I Go buy shovel, no need bed thing." Alf goes to run to the Market.

Maurice Ratibor steps up to greet the barbarian next to En Sabah Nur. But before he has the chance the barbarian rushes out of the hall. "hmpf, I hope he gets back quick"

Alf runs back into the hall carrying a shovel. Alf walks up to the priest looking man. "hello, you quest master? me Alf. you Maurice Ratibor, right?"

"That is correct, welcome to the team. You look like a strong man with good fighting skills, but remember that it's no raiding party we are going on. Try to act civilised once we are inside the Academy."

Now it was only the Ranger that was missing from the team, but Maurice had got a note that explained that she might be a bit late but would catch up as soon as possible.

"Nuts, I still have to wait a few days to see if I'm chosen for the next quest." Alexis thinks to herself.

She walks over to the bar and gets a drink, sits down at a table and sips it, waiting for someone to come in the hall.

Dak's been in the hall the whole time. He wonders if he has developed invisibility skills.

He walks over to Alexis and asks what it is like to fight on the side of good. He has never known anything but stealing from guards, so being on the side that knows what is right and what is wrong is a new experience.

[Rumble Strike]

Tarn follows Alexis's lead and signs up for Quest#12. He then looks straight through dak as if he wasn't there. He missed Tesni... and, he realised with a shock, he missed Ellaria too.

"Hi, fellow," he says, coming out of his reverie and finally noticing Dak.

[Sandy]

After a hard day working at the apothecary, Ellaria returned to Heroica Hall to take a look at the Quest Board. As she entered the building, she saw Tarn signing his name onto a new quest bill posted the board. She hesitated for a while, but then Tarn turned away to speak to someone Ellaria did not know.

She sneaked behind the young barbarian, signed her name below Tarn's to Quest#12: Honey, I Shrunk the Youngins!, and then left the hall silently. She wished she would get a chance to talk to Tarn again someday, but right now she felt too tired to do that. Maybe if they got on another quest together...

Elgar entered the hall and saw the new quest on the board. He decieded to sign up for Quest 12. He knew the clients of heroica could do with him.

Having had a lovely walk in the mountains, enjoying a swim in a lake and good hunting, Tesni returned to the hall. As she entered she noticed the new quest, checking the options this left she grinned and signed her name under Quest 12, after all she was an experienced hero by now!
