When you say 'give' do you mean for free? If so you have no chance! The Batman figs sell for good money on here,Ebay and Bricklink so to get one for free is going to be a challenge I would say!

You might be able to get a grey one relatively cheaply come January when the new Batman sets come out.

It might not be the exactly the same print but it may be close!
