On the way to the hall Haldor visited the marketplace and walked over to Gnomeo, he picked up a shovel (10 gold) and a pickaxe (20 gold) to help him on any future quests. Haldor placed the gold on the counter and strolled over to the blacksmith, Anwyl Smokebeard and asked him to upgrade his brand new metal rod to WP:6 (60 gold). He then left for the hall with his purse a lot lighter. Anwyl said he would drop the rod off at the hall when it was finished.

Haldor rushes into the market and hands his now dead mace to a scrap merchant, the merchant tells him that he'll pay 15 gold for it.

Now with more gold Haldor jogs over the the blacksmith's shop and upgrades his rod yet again, now to WP:7!

Haldor tests the rod on a dummy, it is heavy but still agile, it is very powerful and magnifies Haldor's powers./i]

Nur handed Anwyl his Sangriste Dagger. "Greetings dwarf. I seek your expert hand in improving the condition of my knife." Anwyl studied the blade and looked at the mage. "Ye ever consider fusing a gem into this thing? There's a slot right there for one. I'll return in a few moments." Anwyl returned with the enhanced blade. "Will ye be needing anything else?" The mage thanked the dwarf and walked the streets of Eubric towards Heroica Hall.

After visiting Heroica Hall, Ellaria decides to take a stroll at the Marketplace.

First, she bids farewell to the Snake Staff, her very first weapon, as she sold it for 15 gold.

Then she went to Anwyl Smokebeard's Smithy, and asked the blacksmith to upgrade Ignis Fatuus to WP:10 for 100 gold.

Now Ellaria had 82 gold left, so she decided to go splurge at Portia's Potion Shack. She bought 2 Tonics for 30 gold and three bombs (Water, Ice and Lightning) for another 30 gold. The remaining 22 gold she decided to save for later use.

Tesni entered the market and approached Anwyl's store. She upgraded Cysgodion to Level 8 for 80 gold, leaving 120 gold in her purse and her power at 18. She then went off in search of a clothing merchant...

Sir Glorfindel walks around the market seeing what there is then decides on a bedroll and buys bedroll from Gnomeo's toolshed for 5 gold.

Tomas enters the Marketplace and buys 1 bedroll for 5 gold from Gnomeo's stall.

After his Quest Tarn has 220 gold pieces burning a hole in his pocket.

After the discussion in Heroica Hall about elemental-fused weapons he goes to Anwyl Smokebeard and asks him to merge the Aquamarine gem with my battle ax for 50 gold.

(220 - 50 = 170)

He then asks Anwyl to upgrade the weapon's power from level 8 to level 9 for 90 gold

(170 - 90 = 80 gold)

Pleased with that, Tarn goes to Portia's and buys a Lightning Bomb for 10 gold, a Potion for 5 gold and a Tonic for 15 gold.

(80 - 10 - 5 - 15 = 50)

Tesni returned to the marketplace. Cryf needed some more care and attention, so she would not be caught out in future battles. Approaching Anwyl's stall she checked her maths...

"Hello, could I upgrade Cryfder from WP:5 to WP:6, that is 60 gold yes? That leaves me with 110 gold."

"Let's see, I'd like a shovel, and a magic compass. That leaves me with 22 gold."

Having decided to take a walk before the next round of quest participants were chosen, Skrall entered the bustling market place. Sorry to part with his trusted bow, Skrall sells the weapon for 15 Gold. Heading over to Portia's he purchased 2 potions, a tonic, and a remedy (145Gold-35Gold=110Gold). Afterwords he made his way to the dwarf Anwyl's shop where he upgraded his Hunter's Crossbow from WP4 to WP6 (110Gold-50Gold-60Gold=0Gold). With his new possessions in tow, Skrall lumbered back to the hall to await the news of the day.

Althior and Finnegan walked into the marketplace so Althior could Upgrade his dagger to WP: 5 for 50 gold and a Magic Compass for 50 gold. He left with 245 gold in his pouch.

OOC: I believe because of the weapon upgrade my power raises to 15?

Hoke sells his Gold Ore for 80 gold.

80 + 146 = 226.

Hoke stops by Portia's Potion Shack and buys 1 Potion.

226 - 10 = 216.

He then buys 1 Shovel ,1 Pickaxe, 1 Magnifying Glass from Gnomeo's Toolshed.

216 - 60 = 156.

Happy with his purchases, Hoke heads back to Heroica Hall.

Dinli breathes the fresh air of the outside of Heroica Hall. He looks around at the different shops and sees a collection of tools. Seeing only a short man and what looks like a beard (another dwarf?) he walks up. "Excuse me? I'd like to buy someth-" The owner turns to face him. "Gnome!" He shouts. "Dwarf!" Gnomeo shouts. (there has been a war between Dwarves and Gnomes for as long as either can remember) "Give me a bedroll." Dinli says angrily. "5 gold." says Gnomeo coolly. "Too much!" Dinli yells as he draws his sword. He aims to chop the Gnomes head off when out of nowhere two Goblin guards(Dwarves hate Goblins more that Gnomes, But Gnomes have always had a good relationship with Goblins) knock Dinli out cold.

After spend three long cold nights with no food, or beard trimmers in jail Dinli spends 5 gold and recieves a bedroll (perhaps the differences between Dwarves and Gnomes are not so bad after all? Nah!)

Alf runs to Gnomeo "hello, me need shovel." Gnomeo reaches back into his shop and pulls out a shovel. Alf hands him 10 gold, And alf leaves.

Guts walks into the marketplace, after receiving a tip that a bedroll would be a good thing to have, after looking around a bit, he decided not to steal it, since the place was full of guards, knowing he would be killed the next time a guard had trouble with him.

Guts walked towards Gnomeo's Tools. Upon seeing the gnome, he was surprised, he knew this gnome from somewhere.

"Gnomeo, is that you?" he said.

"Nyeh! Do You see any other gnomes arou-..." Gnomeoh stopped talking

"Weren't you a fence?" Guts asked.

"WHAT? NYEH! I would never do that nyeh! these items do certainly not come from the Hinckwell's Storage! Nyeh!" The gnome said nervously, touching his beard repeatedly.

Guts did not want to make a scene so he said:"Right, fair enough, I just want to buy this bedroll for 5 gold"

Gnomeo quickly took the money and handed a bedroll to Guts, he then pretended to rearrange the tools in his stall.

Guts checked his money bag to see the 5 remaining pieces of gold, he then went back to the Hall

Dak walks to Gnomeo's stall and buys a Bedroll. He then walks to Portia's stall and buys a Potion. He walks back to the hall, with no gold in his pocket.

At the Marketplace, Portia runs to Gnomeo's stall in a hurry.

"Gnomeo, o Gnomeo! It's her!" the potion seller gasped, out of breath. "I just saw that garish wagon of hers heading this way! Why can't she just stay away for at least a year, and leave us honourable merchants at peace?

"Nyeh, you're just jealous that she gets more customers than you, Portia!" Gnomeo mocked. "Even though she's green as a frog, nyeh nyeh!"

And at that moment, the horseless wagon rolled past the two merchants. Sitting solemnly on the driver's seat was a witch dressed in all black. Her skin really was bright green, but her features were human, not orcish as one would expect. The witch waved merrily to her oggling colleagues.

"Happy Samhain, you two!" she shouted at them.

"Elphaba", Portia hissed through gritted teeth, just about managing to nod politely.

"Wipe that sour expression off your face, nyeh! You know she'll only stay here for a month or so", Gnomeo consoled Portia.

"That, dear Gnomeo, is a month too long!" Portia exclaimed before returning to her stall.

The witch Elphaba parked her enchanted wagon near the other stalls, opened the hatch on the side of the cart and began putting out her magical wares.

~The new magic shop is open from the 28th of October to the 30th of November!~

Healing Staff – WP:5, healing effect, usable by mages and clerics. Costs 50 gold.

Nimbus Broomstick – WP:5, long range, usable by mages and clerics. Costs 50 gold.

Sarick weaves his way through the crowd and ended up at the enchanted wagon. "Hello, I am called Sarick and I have heard of your shop from many in the market place. It isss a pleasure to meet you Elphaba. I am not knowledgable of magic itemsss and I have some questionsss. I wrote them down for eassse of reference:"

1. When I read a scroll and it's ability takes effect on my enemy, does the scroll burn, dissolve or disappear in some way? Is it consumable?

HEALING STAFF

1. How do you use it's healing properties?

. a. Do I smack my ally on the head and they are healed?

2. Can I fight foes with this staff?

. a. If I hit a foe with this staff, are they healed?

NIMBUS BROOMSTICK

1. With it's long range ability, if I fight farther back [back row] does it still hurt my foe as if I was up close[front row]?
