captaintau Posted August 25, 2006 Posted August 25, 2006 Thoroughly enjoyable build and impressive on display. Some thoughts: The bridge doesn't look as bad as its made out to be. Though should have been covered. TOO MANY STICKERS!!! Escape pod - why? Emperor's hologram - I thought it would hinge or slide out of the way. Question: What generation is it from? It must be from ANH since Grand Moff Tarkin is in it. But the Emperor and Red Guards weren't seen in ANH. I suppose there's no reason why they couldn't have been there behind the scenes. Anyone got any ideas of how to make trains of Mouse droids, as they often are in trains, not solo Quote
Ras 74 Posted August 25, 2006 Posted August 25, 2006 Just according to the mouse-droid. If you remember from ANH, where we see one that Chewie (not the EB member living in Canada) scares one of, he is just single. Quote
Zane Posted August 25, 2006 Posted August 25, 2006 Aye, but sometimes they go together as a 'train' to use different functions for difficult tasks. CT is asking if anybody knows a way to link the Lego versions of them... Quote
Jipay Posted August 25, 2006 Posted August 25, 2006 I think the average lambda SW male fan only saw the movie and probably red some books, not more. I think trains of mouse droids are a bit too muh for the average customer then :-) Just my marketing thought Quote
Jipay Posted August 25, 2006 Posted August 25, 2006 I'll always be amazed by the amount of crap SW fans are able to write about something that once appeared 30 seconds in a movie X-O X-D Quote
captaintau Posted August 25, 2006 Author Posted August 25, 2006 http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/0345477...266239&v=glance Didn't read the Wiki article, but it isn't all fan written. This book is official. And yes, I'm just looking to how to connect Mouse droids together. Only think I can think of is thin cotton. No space for magnets Quote

Unknown Artist Posted August 25, 2006 Posted August 25, 2006 What about using some flexible tubes? Wouldn't look too good, but certainly would be Lego-ish. I think the average lambda SW male fan only saw the movie and probably red some books, not more. Oh jipay, you clearly underestimate the Force. You forgot 'collecting SW-related crap' and 'playing dumb games'. :-P Quote
