The Penguin Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 (edited) The title explains it all, I guess. With Underwater Month currently running I couldn't help and hurry up to finish this long-postponed MOC of one of the hardest bosses in the game and coolest of my submarines! I hope you liked it! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) Edited September 10, 2011 by The Penguin Quote
Jedi master Brick Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Very nice work penguin. That sub looks really good,-nd you got it very close to the game Quote
Scorpiox Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Aah, that dreaded thing, how I hate grapple bombs! You made a great representation of the great monster that you have to kill by pulling bombs into, it's hard. May I ask how you made it so close to the real thing, did you find instructions or just used skill? Does it have an interior, if so, I'd love to see that. Now you have three types of sub in your fleet, time to terrorize Gotham docks! Quote
lightningtiger Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 AWESOME, just AWESOME 'The Penguin', just now have Batman try and get you in your ultimate submarine ! Fantastic work and keep on waddling ! Quote
Brainbox Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Mmm, Penguin sub... So gloriously Siver Age! It's a shame the game version didn't include a beak, I think, that would look good here. Still, mustn't go giving away my ideas! Excellent representation though, and you know I'm always partial to the odd Bat-MOC! Quote

I tried hard. ) A shame LEGO never released som parts in orange, so I had to make them yellow. ) Aah, that dreaded thing, how I hate grapple bombs! Now you have three types of sub in your fleet, time to terrorize Gotham docks! The submarine in it's design is close to the Aquaraiders one, so I just used it as a basis and added certain specific features from me. I never made shots of the interior though it has one! I guess, I should quit making MOC presentations in the evenings! ) AWESOME, just AWESOME 'The Penguin', just now have Batman try and get you in your ultimate submarine ! Fantastic work and keep on waddling ! Well, judging by the game he has to have more lives than Catwoman to do that! Thank you! *Waugh-waugh* Mmm, Penguin sub... So gloriously Siver Age! Legostein Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 Hello! A greta job bringing this fascinating submarine from the digital world into reality and real bricks! Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 Indeed a fantastic work realizing the digital game version into physical build! And I applaud you for making the extra effort to put this additional contribution to the underwater themed month aside from your excellently-done customized minifig. I guess water really is The Penguin's best friend! Quote
