Gatanui Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Who says there can´t be two different newspapers in Makuhero City? :P -Gata Quote
Dorek Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Lol, they appear to only have one TV news channel, so I don't particularly see why they would have more than one newspaper =P. Also, the Evo Club Code actually works now (no direct link weirdly enough, it just downloads straight to your computer), and it's a continuation of the previous comic. I really like the online distribution method they have going on; too bad it's slightly pixelated. Quote
Gatanui Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 (edited) Thirded Well, the review is already up. -Gata Edited July 11, 2012 by Gatanui Quote
DarkSurgeXL Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 Was it mentioned before? Because German lego site has the new catalog, and it has new HF in it. http://www.lego.com/de-de/products/brandcatalog.aspx?icmp=CODE28HomeWN1Brandcatalog Quote
Cirkit Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 Nothing new in the catalog, however the spread looks great. That White Ninjago Dragon caught my eye, as did the cart in the Mining set, and the Friends sets. Quote
ZORK64 Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 I'm a bit surprised that the only Super Hero sets in the catalogue are the Ultra Build heroes. Also, the Weathertop set is missing on the LotR page. Quote

What´s even stranger is that I haven´t managed to find Iron Man or Batman anywhere. I´ve had this one printed for some time now. The only thing that struck me is the date for the new Ninjago episodes. ^^ -Gata Quote
Kadabra Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 I haven't been able to get Iron Man or the Cap anywhere, but I finally got my hands on Rocka today. I really hate the short gun arm, it's really weird. Quote

I really hate the short gun arm, it's really weird. Yes, they're sold out on Shop@Home. I supposed Lego only made a few production runs based on the apparent 'success' of the DC wave. Sad, because the Marvel wave was so much better. Yes, I got another copy of Rocka today so as to fix that. The way I fixed him up was by replacing his shield with a gold 5-length shell and mirroring it. Now I can't stop seeing Rocka as some sort of prince.... Quote

That White Ninjago Dragon caught my eye, as did the cart in the Mining set, and the Friends sets. I don't know... on the page with Stormer and Speeda Demon, there's a bubble reading "The Hero Factory TV series on Nickelodeon from August" (or something to that effect; I'm using Google Translate). Does that suggest a new episode, or just that they'll be replaying older ones? Hard to say, but I suppose German HF fans should keep their eyes open in the month of August to be sure. In other news that's a gorgeous catalog. The Shop at Home catalogs I'm used to in the US are much less visually impressive, with all the sets organized into neat boxes rather than against large full-page backgrounds. It´s just episodes 4 to 9, no new episodes from what I can see (although the calendar stops at August 19th, so there may be something else later). They always announce the series in the catalogue. For some reason, all episodes but Breakout are airing all the the time on Nicktoons here, but they don´t announce that. That´s because it´s not a S@H catalogue, it´s the kind that you get in toy stores. The S@H catalogues are as blank here as elsewhere. -Gata Quote
DraikNova Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 I think..., well, let's just say that I'm buying all HF sets this year. Quote
MakutaDreadscythe Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 HeroFactoryRU on YouTube has uploaded some new adverts for Stringer, Voltix, Speeda Demon and Stormer XL. Turns out there are more new levels on the online game. Quote
DraikNova Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Seems... GREAT! I want to recolour Stormer in purple right now. Quote
Gatanui Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 We already knew about new levels coming up, but I didn´t know that you would drive Stormer´s bike in his level (although it makes sense). I look forward to the update! -Gata Quote
Gatanui Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Where do you play the new breakout game? The new levels aren´t out yet. -Gata Quote
DraikNova Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 Think we'll be able to recolor his bike in-game? Because that would be AWESOME. Quote

Nope, no luck even in the LEGO Store. Unfortunately, there are no Müller or Kaufhof close to where I live, at least not close enough for it to be worth going there. We are getting off-topic, though. -Gata Edited July 12, 2012 by Gatanui Quote
