De'kra isn't sure if this plan is safe, but does not voice his concerns. His knowledge of this realm is limited at best, for all he knows this plan could work.

Xander is wary of the Mopag, but he agrees they may have some useful information. If anything were to happen overnight, he was confident the team could handle it.

The party decided to stay over in Mopag to meet the villagers in the morning, so I was forced to sleep another Night in Mopag territory. Not fun.

Thankfully, the fact that we were near a settlement makes it easy to find a good spot to camp. A small stream, some trees, a clearing, and a fire. Nice.

Unfortunately, it also makes us easier to find. The fire is almost reduced to ashes and we are almost asleep when six hairy figures creep into our campsite. We can hear them speaking.

"Look at that. That dishonorable Wolfgang thief was right. There are heroes from Heroica here."

"It's a pity he was right, too. He was so delicious." :moar:

"Cut the chatter. Time to get rid of these dishonorable 'heroes'."

Groggily, we rise and confront our enemies...

De'kra glances at the six foes, and wonder who he would be best at dueling with. He might be close to theRogue in base stats, but that foe had much more health and a greater level. "Who I attack?" the rogue asked, "Leader have plan for heroes and I?"

I will attack Pongcanis Knight from the front row.

"All of their special abilities are incredibly annoying, especially the knight's sentinel position, the barbarian's battle frenzy, and the cleric's miracle. Cinna, could you target the barbarian? Then Thormanil could attack the knight and Ad-Hoh could attack the barbarian. That would leave the thief, cleric, mage, and ranger for the others."

Before we do any of these attacking actions, would JediAnakin's diplomacy skill work here?

Sir Leo the Sentinel attempts to reason with the Pongcanae (who, by the way, are not the Mopag inhabitants. They were the next group of enemies for you to face whenever you rolled a '5' or a '6' during a Night), but they're not interested in peaceful solutions.

QM Note:

Captain Tamamono, you also get to choose Flare's action. :wink:

OOC: Well of course they're not Mopags, they don't look pale or fleshy at all! They look big and hairy and scary... and hungry :cry_sad: /OOC

If we want to focus our efforts fast and early, Tomas, you do have a fire bomb, so we can ensure that every enemy takes damage at least for the first round. Could give us a chance to take out one of the bigger threats. Though, on the flip side, that means a much higher chance of really pissing off one of those Pongcanae and landing us some party-wide damage. If we're gonna focus one, I'd say the cleric, since they're all at full health right now anyway, so a heal won't do 'em any good. Though if we want to get ballsy, the barbarian or mage... What do you all think?

darkdragon and ADHO, please specify if you want to use elemental magic or not.

OOC: Sorry, I thought not specifying meant not using elemental magic. Seeing as my emerald doesn't have any extra effect against these types of enemies, I don't see the point in using it. Same goes for darkdragon, no doubt.
