Brickdoctor Posted November 2, 2011 Author Posted November 2, 2011 I wish to drink the Cauldron Liquid. Sir Leo boldly attempts to consume the Cauldron Liquid, but the moment he removes the cork from the bottle, the liquid bubbles and overflows onto the Knight's hands. The bottle explodes, and splashes the liquid onto the other members of the party. Sir Leo takes only 2 Damage thanks to his shield, and the rest of the party takes 1 Damage.Party: Tomas (played by Captain Tamamono) (Dearly Beloved Party Leader) Level 11.5 Cleric Power: 16 Health: 16/20 Ether: 4/16 Gold: 13 Inventory: Pongcanis Staff (WP: 5), Shadeaux Staff (WP: 5), Gold Staff (WP: 4), Potion (2), Remedy (3), Bedroll, Tonic (2), Bone, Grand Tonic, Fire Bomb, Shovel, Venom, Remedy, Elven Gold (1), Wanted! Darkdragon Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 "Ouch!" Cinna looks for a way to securely close and store her bag of mysterious powder until such time as she can have an alchemist identify it.
Tamamono Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 "I think Cinna has the right idea; we need to get these 'treats' looked at by an alchemist." "Anyways, we need to get moving."
Brickdoctor Posted November 2, 2011 Author Posted November 2, 2011 I wish to use my Bedroll. QM Note:You can't use a Bedroll unless the QM decides you're in a safe place to rest. In the Quest, that's during a Night on the road or in a village with no Inn, and you can't be attacked. Luckily for you... The moon is barely visible through the trees during our final Night on this leg of the Quest. After Sir Leo's Cauldron Liquid incident, a restful Night was what we all needed, and that's what we got. The Barbarians and those of us with Bedrolls regained up to 2 Health. Brickdoctor Posted November 2, 2011 Author Posted November 2, 2011 "Let's keep moving." QM Note:Tired of digging? We arrive in Eubric without any further difficulties. I hear there was a seasonal merchant in town, so I assume the party will want to stop here for a while. All of you, you may now post in the Heroica Hall, Library, and Marketplace topics.
Tamamono Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 QM Note: Tired of digging? OOC: Yep. We arrive in Eubric without any further difficulties. I hear there was a seasonal merchant in town, so I assume the party will want to stop here for a while. "Does anybody want to visit the marketplace (or any other building in Eubric, for that matter) before we head off to Triad Park?"
ADHO15 Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 OOC: Brickdoctor, you increased my Ether rather than my health. "So what is first on our agenda, party? Should we first visit the Guild of Invision and hope the alchemists there can identify your items?"
swils Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 (edited) I'm ready to go to the park as soon as everyone else is. Edit: Or the Guild, heh. Edited November 2, 2011 by swils

Should we first visit the Guild of Invision and hope the alchemists there can identify your items?" QM Note:Oops. I feel compelled to intervene here, seeing as you were never meant to see anything related to the Guild of Invision in the Quest (and thus I have nothing to photograph): the items you received from the Halloween special were meant just as fun little items. While some of them cause harm to the heros, they all will do something beneficial if used the right way, and none have any major effects.
Darkdragon Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 "I think I will go have a look at the marketplace, but I'm sure the hall is too busy for me to stop by. Though on second though, I do love free food."

I'm guessing the cake should be... eaten? It is, of course, up to the people with the items to decide when and how to use them.
swils Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 Eyeing the Skull Bomb, chuckling... Who wants to play a quick little game of hot potato?
Darkdragon Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 A worried expression crosses her face. "Uh, no thanks Thorm. I think I'd like to keep all my fingers." Chuckling, Cinna heads off to the marketplace. A short time later, she returns with no new items from the marketplace. "Well the good news is that a magic shop has opened up in the marketplace, the bad news is that I can't afford any new spells. I'm ready to continue on our quest."
TheBoyWonder Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 I can't afford an upgrade, and I may get better weapons anyway. I am all for continuing. If anyone feels they are to chicken to consume the items, let me at em!
Tanma Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 IC: De'kra clicked, "I also not have large gold number. Leader, Axeman; leader and axeman want ten gold I have? It lower I debt, and give leader and axeman better chance of good tools. Might yes, I give five gold to leader and five gold to axeman."
posades Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 Xander sat quietly under a tree near the marketplace, reflecting on his adventure thus far. Although it had not gone entirely as planned, he felt the bond between his fellow adventurers had grown strong -- and for that he was grateful.
ADHO15 Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 "Well I am up for visiting Triad Park. We may as well follow our lead."
Flare Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 (edited) "Lets keeping moving. But oh, how hungry I am..." Benji eats the Pumpkin pie cake. Edited November 3, 2011 by Flare
Brickdoctor Posted November 4, 2011 Author Posted November 4, 2011 Dusk is upon us as we approach the old shed at Triad Park. Despite the fact that it's older and no longer in use, the shed is in excellent condition. It sits upon a foundation of stone and is soundly constructed with a frame of stout wooden beams. The park's volunteer caretakers evidently built it to keep out both the elements and the shady character that frequent the park. There isn't a soul in sight. Benji eats the Pumpkin pie cake. Overtaken by hunger, you voraciously consume the Pumpkin Cake. It makes you feel awesome! Sheer power floods your body! You feel like you could take on the world! And then you pass out, lashing out attempting to deal 2 Damage to any enemies nearby, but there aren't any. You awake after a few moments having suffered no effects at all.

WOOYEAHBAIBAY!!!!!" *time lapse as Benji jumps out ninja-style and fires 30 arrows within 3 seconds* *CRUNCH* Benji lands on the floor. 1 minute later... "Huh... what was that?"

Of what I read, Makuta and clerics run out of evor, rogues have to retrieve rogue thrown items, but rangers have no limits. Why?" Well, y'see, the trick is to just tie a string to your one arrow, and pull it back -reaaallllyyy- quickly after it hits! Or just carry a couple thousand arrows with you in your bottomless sack. You *did* remember to get yours before you first set out from the Hall, didn't you? Thormanil laughs Guess we'd better go see what's going on in the shed, eh? Edited November 4, 2011 by swils
