Hello,

effe, your chassis is really great. Yesterday i rebuilt it and today I started with the bodywork. It makes a lot of fun to play with! Very strong and really fast! Excellent work! :thumbup:

Here are some pics... I think the front grill still needs some work and the interior is missing.

Effe, in my mind you are the man with always dirty tires:))) real mud driver;) that is not bad, just noticed that you always test your cars outdoor.

the 20x30 are equal to the 62 and the 24x43 are roundabaout 81mm in diameter.

the baja mtz are really cool, but currently a little bit to expensive for me

Yesterday I received 20x30 tires. They are equal to 62.2 as you noticed. Thread pattern is better for offroad than 62's, but rubber is too old and hard as plastic. Grip is bad, sad.

But they drift well:)

:laugh: makes an offroader sense which will not driven in the dirt?

I also test outdoor, but after that I wash it with shower (without electrics:)). Cause my lovely wife dont like all that mud at home:D

Are smart I have forgotten about that feature, in your mog despite haveing seening long ago. But my reason for the placeing was not to alter the 8110 look :wink:

i have modified the shape, what do you think about it?

Looks lovely, the proportions are a lot better than my attempt :blush::grin:

Nice but I think a stud less in height and would stay even better :thumbup: . Nice idea work only with connectors to capture the shape, one of my favorite builders ,Tyler Reid, was great in that.

the full body one stud lower, or only the roof? if the full body i must limit the suspension travel to avoid collisons with the mudguards.

@Jon

yes most of the connectors will stay

@tim

most of the holes will be filled

hmm, i have checked my blueprint and i have nearly the correct relation between the length of the bonett and the height of the windscreen. maybe i can lift up the lower end of the side windows to get the same visual effect
