April 22, 20195 yr Author Ok, this will need self driving platforms to come around the corners. Maybe only in the back.

I am watching this with most interest..
April 27, 20195 yr Author The chassis is driving. Please note there is not enough load on the back to compress the springs on the drive axles. So the last axle is in the air
April 27, 20195 yr It is fast. Will it have enough torque to pull that trailer with additional load? I was going to use 2 XL motors with two speed transmission for similiar purpose.
April 27, 20195 yr Author It has the same reduction and same Motors like my tow truck and i guess it is enough. edit² Enough for today. The servo on top is for the fifth wheel. Edited April 27, 20195 yr by efferman
April 28, 20195 yr Very nice how you managed to camouflage battery box IMHO looks like SLT truck version. Kind regards my friend
April 30, 20195 yr Author Seems i have to rebuild the Tower a bit. the PF Connectors are colliding with the cab. edit: Problem solved Edited April 30, 20195 yr by efferman
May 1, 20195 yr Fantastic model thus far! I'm kinda wondering if those U-joints might break under the loads that you will be towing. Also, you're missing warning lights on the cab.
May 1, 20195 yr Author Even when a u joint might break the othe xl will dive its axle. One of the xl is directly mounted at the axle.
May 3, 20195 yr Yes it works fine. Just one question (out of curiosity): how many trucks do you have assembled?
May 3, 20195 yr And I suppose TGS, Wrecker and SLT are in scale 1:16.5, K100 is 1:20 and U400 (yellow?) Is1:12.5?
