I was wandering how long would it take to go back to trucks

seems iam an earthbound guy.

And as an old guy I wish sometimes the headlights would be square and not angled.

:cry2:  I was really loving the helicopter you were working on.

BTW.. I am just wrapping up the Mods you made on the Airbus but also lowering the rotor head by one stud by using the swashplate you made available on shapeways. So far think it is going to work well.  I will update that thread when it is all done on how the new swashplate works.

Damn there is so much going on in this cabin. especially how you wrap the red side part around at the front. It looks really amazing to me. The single 7L liftarm looked more connected in combination with the other liftarms one picture up. It looks (really just a very tiny bit!) random now. I'm curious about the fact that you build from the outside in. How come? Doesn't it make building more complicated?

Best wishes

Well, it is easier to make a inner structure for a shell, than to fit a shell onto a given structure. The shell is an evolution and it needs sometimes many iterations to find the best combination of parts.

I'm definitely going to try that with a future creation.

And I like that look now. ...and also asked myself how fence 3633 (https://rebrickable.com/parts/3633/fence-1-x-4-x-1/) would look like. Here is a Renault Truck using that piece in the front. https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-134368/Don_Santos/renault-magnum-solo-with-lift/#details

...i prefer the liftarms.

Today i found Time to build a testchassis of the Scania.

I Use the fast output of the buggy and planetary hub to convert revs into torque before the 12/28 combination on the rear axle.

Had a request for a H2 Tanker Trailer. Normaly there is much more piping, and valves in the back of the trailer, but it is to much for this scale.

My 10317 is running now, and because i have a functional trailer hitch, there is a need for a trailer.

Did you put the drive motor into the rear axle?

yes, with a 8/24 reduction. but with the goal to make it invisible, only a rear wheel drive was possible. At least, the live axles have a better guidance.
