What to say than - really great model, the only one thing that I can suggest is to use this part in light bluish gray color

I was wondering if none of the linear actuators or pneumatic cylinders would have the same reach as the gear rack to achieve the same movement of the stick of the excavator?

I'm sure that is not a lego bucket and it is one of your custom parts. The most amazing part is you built such a Moc in just 6 days plus This deserves its own topic than you posting it here

a small ugly dumper for a exhibition in two weeks

It's not that bad...

One question: it looks like it has a white differential - is that Lego?

That looks like a 3d printed differential, its like a lego one but has thicker walls so it does not grind

Everything with CLAAS tires can be great, and knowing your work we are at the begining stage of yet another masterpiece. So far proportions are correct and I like chassis oscilation with turntable (like on my 2007 Case IH quadtrac...)

Best wishes for exhibition Michael. We'll keep fingers crossed.

Masterpiece for a expected 2 or 3 days project?

Why not, with your experience, determination and 48-72 hours? You have one advantage your 'technic inspector' is not envy on LEGO like my terrier or my cat

It really looks simple and nice so far and simple solution is always best solution.
