The_Chosen_1 Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 No Marvel... they pretty much got them all. I was going to say Iron Patriot and Iron Man Mark 1,2,3,4 suit but i heard they are coming out with them. Hahaha Oh, wait.....you're being serious... Quote
hiroki Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 After playing Lego Batman 2, I want all the different suits of Batman and Robin. Quote
Ultron Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 Storm, mystique, ULTRON, venom, mysterio, the vulture (they could use the wings from the pharaoh line), enchantress, and juggernaut. Quote
GuntherThePenguin Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 (edited) Oooh, where to begin! I've decided, for my sanity and yours, that I will limit each list to just 10. Marvel: (Heroes) 1. All Fantastic Four 2. Ghost Rider 3. Silver Surfer 4. Nightcrawler 5. Storm 6. Cyclops 7. Jubilee 8. Beast 9. Colossus 10. Wasp Marvel: (Villains) 1. Electro 2. Vulture 3. Mysterio 4. Venom 5. Juggernaut 6. Sabertooth 7. Rhinoceros 8. Red Skull 9. Dr. Doom 10. Scorpion DC (Heroes) 1. Green Arrow 2. Zatanna 3. Flash 4. Vixen 5. Cyborg 6. The Question 7. Fire & Ice 8. Blue Devil 9. (L) EGo Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 The superhero category is prime for it's own series of mini figures. Wave one could be DC characters and wave two could be Marvel or better yet a mix of both. Honestly IMO, it's got just as much if not more appeal than some of the current series of mini figures. Hopefully Lego will come around and expand the superhero universe. I know my son wants several of the different suits in the Batman 2 Lego game. This would be a perfect way to get B, C and D listers to the roster and perhaps army building with henchman. Characters I love to see: FF and Dr. Doom Ultron Kang Red Skull Ms Marvel Flash Green Lantern Captain Marvel Aquaman Gorilla Grodd Black Manta Sinestro Black Adam Quote
Hammerstein NWC Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 GREAT TOPIC!!! So many choices... Nothing new here but I would love to see HEROES The Fantastic Four - THING and Reid Richards especially! Punisher (I've got christo's and it's just epic). VILLANS Doctor Doom! The Lizard man!! Quote
Spider-Man Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 Which characters do you think would need new molds? I definitely think Thing, Venom would need new molds and hopefully TLG would be willing to make them a little more articulate than the Hulk currently is. Quote
jamie75 Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 - Apocalypse (jumbo size fig like the Hulk, with hoses that attach to studs on the arms and body) - Mr Sinister - Archangel These!! And I would add a Chrome Silver Surfer, maybe a promo fig for next year?? Like TC-14 and Hulk were this year. Big hulk like, Gray Hulk, Thanos and Darkseid. Hopefully an Angel or Archangel minifig will have a new wing piece, so he could be standing with wings "rested" or in flight with wings spread. A Venom would be nice, but, I would want them to be bigger then Spider-Man, but, small than Hulk. Won't happen, wishful thinking. But, I would hope for a molded head with tongue and not printed. Maybe use Woody's Legs for him to give a larger than Spider-Man appearance? Sentinel and the X-Men set with Nightcrawler, Colossus, Beast, big Juggernaut, maybe a Danger Room set. Galactus set with FF. If Lego could figure out how to make clear figs an Invisible Girl would great! Mr. Fantastic could use Woody's legs from Toy Story. Big Hulk like Thing! A Ghost Rider set. Him and a bike and I'm happy to buy whatever set he is in!! No questions asked! My list could go on and on. I have been a nerd for a long time....... Jamie Quote
Spider-Man Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 I think TLG could do Venom and Thing a little smaller than Hulk but still bigger than a regular fig. The new Cave Troll is bigger than Hulk so I don't think they are just using that as a default size. Seeing Venom with a skinny minifig body would just be strange to see Quote
King of Nynrah Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 A Green Lantern versus Sinestro set would be amazing, and we'd finally a GL minifigure that's released worldwide instead of in a limited quantity at Comic-Con. I'm really disappointed that they left him out of the first wave... Next on my wanted list are Flash and the Fantastic Four. Quote
Navy Trooper Fenson Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 Probably these are only repeats but LEGO needs to know if the figs are popular with other people, too. From the Marvel movies: Captain America Red Skull Bucky The Howling Commandos Armin Zola Howard Stark Maria Hill Agent Coulson Nick Fury Warmachine Hydra troops Generic Comic versions of: Captain America Doctor Doom J. Jonah Jameson From DC: Manbat Riddler (50s Batman Style with green hat, suit and new piece as cane) Music Meister Darkseid The Flash Gorilla Grodd Aquaman (Brave and Bold) Booster Gold Black Canary Ra´s al Ghul And of course something from the Nolan movies Quote
TheLegoJoker Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 I'd be happy with a standard minifigure sized Venom. In fact, I'd probably prefer him that way. The oversized characters look good, but they are so limited on possible poses they almost aren't worth it. The huge Hulk looks great, but I'm glad LEGO offered a standard minifigure sized Hulk, as well. As for DC, I really really want a Killer Moth. Don't know anything about the actual character, but he looks so ridiculously cool that my fingers are crossed in the hopes that he gets made. Also would like to see a new Joker with a two sided angry/ scared face to go with the big grin and smirk head we have. Even a face printing like the one shown on the save icon on LEGO Batman 2 would be great. I would appreciate the added personality. Though these are major wants, I'm going to be happy to get as many different characters as LEGO is willing to produce. I look at the Minimates figures and see that they have done a ton of Marvel and DC characters over the past 10 years. If LEGO can hit anywhere near the mark that they've reached, I'll be one happy LEGO fan. Quote
Takua Nui Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 Spider-Man. And NOT from that horrid Ultimate Spider-Man TV show. I really had my fingers crossed for TASM sets. Quote
starwarsgoalie Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 I think batman sets based off of the Arkham Asylum/ City games would sell very well. I also think the big hulk could easily be made into Solomon Grundy Quote

Sam892 Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 After getting some of the new Batman sets I would love to see some remakes of the old figs like Mr Freeze and Scarecrow. It would also be great to get Batgirl a Harvey Dent fig and Supergirl. Quote
Hellfyre Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 DC Mr. Freeze (remake, perhaps with CMF Space Marine armour and a better gun) Scarecrow (remake) The Penguin (remake, maybe with new moulded Penguin minions) Killer Croc (remake) Clayface (perhaps Hulk-style figure, with interchangeable hands that can be swapped with assorted weapons) Hush Man-Bat Deathstroke Black Manta Metallo Sinestro Atrocitus Green Lantern The Flash Aquaman (someone to make good funnies out of ) Marvel Venom my favourite all-time Marvel villain, I need him... Carnage Green Goblin (comic styled) Doctor Octopus (comic styled) Doctor Doom The Lizard Sandman Red Skull HYDRA goons Silver Surfer The Fantastic Four Nick Fury Quote
lego hand Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 I think that the most visible and unique characters are the ones that LEGO would review with DC or Marvel, maybe even DarkHorse. DC needs to go with the Justice League and their villains. Looking at the major story lines will reveal the biggest sellers, and my favorite, Green Lantern and the Blackest Night storyline. Creating the sets are the hard part, besides Batman, most of the other characters exist, but don't have tons of vehicles, etc. Green Lantern would need to focus on a few key scenes and building a power battery for each corps. Luckily Marvel has a great franchise for the movies now and has plenty of fodder for sets. GL could have a jet that Hal flew, Abin Sur's spaceship, Sinestro and his power battery, The Guardians and their citadel. Each corps could have a mini-fig and a small set of trans bricks to make a neat construct. Aquaman could have 2-3 small sets with underwater creatures and Black Manta. Wonder woman has an invisible jet, not great for toys. A temple of the Amazons would be hot! Nonetheless, here is my wish list: Green Lantern, Hal Jordan and Abin Sur Sinestro Larfleeze, Orange Lantern Atrocitus, Red Lantern Saint Walker, Blue Indigo-1, with staff Carol Ferris, Star Sapphire Black Hand, Bill Hand Guardians of the Universe Other DC: Martian Manhunters Manhunters Hawkman Aquaman Cyborg Would love to see Watchmen, min of 20 characters, Owl-ship, Ozy's antarctic retreat, etc. Marvel: Fantastic Four with Silver Surfer X-men, mostly from the films, very iconic. The characters will have to have more of a comic book look to be noticeable and not just another mini-fig. Blue Mystic, Wheelchair bound Xavier, similar to Wolverine. Quote
Snojd Posted July 6, 2012 Posted July 6, 2012 Storm! We need more/a women of color (and I could make a Martha Jones minifig the doctor need all of his companions ) Quote
