M<0><0<DSWIM Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 By request, I posted instructions on how to build your own Moodland-scale figure. You will need these parts (114 of them) to build a basic fig. For obvious reasons, I won't post all 34 pics here, but I'll provide a link to my Mocpages post. I also posted instructions on how to build a lightsaber at this scale (and to be able to post it in a SW article). Lego purists might want to look away at this point! I had to cut a 4L bar in half to fill the inside of the blade. Hopefully, this will help builders who want to build in a scale other than minfig. You can check out the entire post on my Mocpages account: My link Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Mood, thanks for sharing this mini-tutorial, now anyone interested, including me, can take a crack on creating their favorite SW characters in your Moodland scale. Your generosity is very much appreciated. Quote
Legostein Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Hello! As a fellow instruction maker I know how much time it takes, and thus I appreciate your efforts to give everyone the opportunity to build these great figures. Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote

Darth Yogi Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 Thanks so much for this tutorial. I was actually just building one so thought I'd comment. So far I've finished on leg. They are a lot bigger than I thought, which make me think even better of your builds Quote

Can't wait to see your figure finished! Quote
Darth Yogi Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 Thanks! These average about 6 inches tall, which I think is roughly the height of an action figure. Can't wait to see your figure finished! Right now I was just making a grey figure, to check for parts and all that, so I have a great grey figure. Now I need to decide what Star Wars character to make. I'm thinking about Bly, one of my favorite clones, but still not sure. BTW the instructions are great and I was able to build the figure easily Quote

I'd say check out my Cody and Rex figs for ideas. I'm glad my instructions helped. Quote
