I can beat you 34 Saturday 67 Monday 25 Tuesday 35 Today (and Smiths didn't cross the vouchers out, so I can post them to double that) Hoping for at least 30 each for the rest.

So that's potentially as many as 158 children who won't get their free lego! Seriously, they let you claim that many?

Praiter Yed Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Wasn't too bothered about getting today's set (Grem) but just happened to be passing WH Smiths this morning so picked one up anyway. Turns out it's a great parts pack with 2 of these in it
charlieboy Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 So that's potentially as many as 158 children who won't get their free lego! Seriously, they let you claim that many? It may seem alot but the shops in my area seem to have learnt from the last promotion and have made sure they have plenty in stock. Only once this week have my local WHSmiths ran out before closing time.I am surprised they let you claim quite so many however, I had a problem getting five ADU jet packs in my local Toys R Us!
Thego Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Well, I've popped into Smiths a couple of times around 4pm this week and they've had none left. Shame that so many people need to claim loads for themselves.

You should be able to post the coupons if you don't manage to get the sets, so for the time being concentrate on getting copies of the paper.
Trent Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Yeah, I've been in to my local Smiths at either 12 or 1 each day and they've been totally cleared out.

I should have posted this at first, before I was criticized. I've got to know the manager, and all of those except 1 for me were picked up the next day, from leftover stock.... I haven't checked all of them for gold bricks, as I'm going to be selling most of them MISB I'll be feeling for 2x4 bricks. None in any of my Star Wars ships of Labs yet....

escortmad79 Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 do you reckon you could weigh them for the golden bricks? Im tempted to do that with mine, ive managed to pick up 10 of each set. Possible if you have really sensitive digital scales, regular digital kitchen ones aren't sensitive enough
mutley777 Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 I found the best way to check was simply to hold the bags over a small table lamp. The bags are very see though like this and any 2X4 brick would easily stand out.

wokajablocka Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 I live in Australia but an old friend now lives in England and I contacted him on facebook and asked if he could collect them for me and post them over to me. He agreed and he is only going to charge me postage to send them to me :sweet:
Thego Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Managed to pick up the Harry Potter set today and they had a Ninjago set left over from yesterday in the WH Smiths I went in and they gave me that too. No golden bricks though.
SilentMode Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Karma struck today. After yesterday's haul, I only managed to get five of today's set.
escortmad79 Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 Karma struck today. After yesterday's haul, I only managed to get five of today's set. They must've got a severe rollocking across the Country in Smiths! After collecting a load on Thursday I tried getting a few extras only to be told that they couldn't give them out without the token! I bought 3 of Fridays, but they failed to remove the token... went outside, took the tokens out & went back in & got some more!

RubeusHagrid Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 Has anyone who posted the coupons got the sets yet?
