paul_delahaye Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 (edited) Sorry to start another topic, I know there was a topic about a new brick separator some time ago and I'm sure it was in the technic forum, so if someone can find it, maybe they can merge the topics, but I remember seeing some sketches of what people would like for a technic brick separator, at the GWLS today, I spotted this on a table, I hoped to speak with the guy behind the table, but he was busy, anyway, snapped a grainy picture, it was like the old brick separator, but I'd say more flimsey, but it had a one stud axle molded to the top for poping pins out of technic bricks Here is a pic, Edited October 2, 2011 by paul_delahaye Quote
Nightshroud99 Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 Besides the mini modular set, where can you get this? Quote
paul_delahaye Posted October 2, 2011 Author Posted October 2, 2011 that explains it then, it was on a table next to the new mini modulars :-) Quote
Rijkvv Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 You guys have only one right? What I'm wondering is if you can do this. Quote
Sokratesz Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 You guys have only one right? What I'm wondering is if you can do this. Assuming the space just below the pin is hollow you should be able to, and if not, maybe with the two handles facing opposite? - Sok. Quote
Big Cam Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 Where can I get one of these from then? As mentioned above I the new mini modular set 10230 due out in January, I'm sure some will end up on bricklink. I've got to haver that mini modular set and this its a bonus, the off set jumper plate remover is another bonus. On a side note, at least in the UK, you can buy it from LEGO education. Quote
GRogall Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Will every new Exclusive set come with one of the new Brick Separator? The Minimodular, Town Hall and Sopwith Camel all come with one. I'm not sure about the R2-D2, but will find out soon But if they keep this up, at the way I buy exclusive sets, I'm going to have hundreds of these very soon! Quote
Scorpion Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Where can I get one of these from then? I bought one of these and it came with a new-model brick separator. It used to come with one of the old-model brick separator. Quote
DLuders Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Although I don't own one myself, one can get the new #630 Brick Separator from Shop.Lego.com . It is listed as Part 630-3 on Bricklink. The older 630-1 Brick Separator is shown in green below: Quote

Lots of sets include it now - the larger Super Hero sets do for sure. I think I've got around 20 of these now :) Quote
