The Penguin Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 (edited) Well, I couldn't have missed such an event, could I? Here's my entry for Category 3 and I sure hope you'll like it! Approx. cost: $15 (for paint, sculpey and expensive beautiful head! ) Inspiration: By Warhammer FB world. But in reality is as far from it as it can be! Other pics. ) CONTINUATION OF THE STORY LATER IN THE THREAD! Any comments, please? ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) Edited October 9, 2011 by The Penguin Quote
ice dragon Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Nice job! Although I don't think throwing some orange and white would hurt? Quote
Duke Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Very nice, the helmet stands out to me. As 'ice dragon' says maybe a bit more colour would be good. Quote
LandShark Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 Great figure as always, Penguin. Unlike the others, I think the black-and-white works well, especially on the cape. I actually didn't notice the 'beak' on the helmet the first time I saw this, very clever. Quote
Lordofdragonss Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 Great Penguin detail, and I love the idea of Pingu-helmet! Quote
Thrash Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 Nice job on this, Penguin. Turning the front of the helmet into a penguin beak was brilliant! Quote
WhiteFang Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 Brilliant. Simply brilliant. I will love to see a medieval faction known as "Penguins". You make it sounds like the "March of the Penguins". Good luck. Quote
LandShark Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 (edited) Have you edited the pictures, Penguin? Or has that orange always been there? EDIT: 333rd post. Edited October 9, 2011 by LandShark Quote

Yes, it's not very clear, but I'm not really very professional with the camera. So I guess a well0edited entry can beat the Grandmaster easilly! Great Penguin detail, and I love the idea of Pingu-helmet! Thanks! I value your opinion greatly as a mighty warrior lord! Nice job on this, Penguin. Turning the front of the helmet into a penguin beak was brilliant! Thanks a lot! I had a nice penguin stature that gave me inspiration. ) Brilliant. Simply brilliant. Ceroknight Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 Great figure! I doubt he would be a jousting champion with that stomach! Only kidding! Quote
LuxorV Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Of course, I should have espected such an entry from you, ThePenguin! It's nice to see Fatman's still in action, too. Quote
alanboar HK Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 HI Penguin~ I remember that your loverly Fatman as past. Now you create another "Grandmaster of Ordo Penguiniu" Great work, but I will support Fatman to win it ~ haha Quote
LuxorV Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 Rules check: everything is fine. Good luck! Quote
GeneralTalon Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 Oh noes!!! the penguin has managed to time travel back to medeival times to win some jousting tournament, there must be some evil behind such normal event like that, i suppose fatman also managed to time travel and will stop his plans... even if he fails though, this is still a great custom just love the way the helm looks like a beak, so fitting! Good luck to ya! Quote
Andonii Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Love the little story, and how his helmet looks like a penguins beak. Nice cape and shield. Quote
