Hope that more people will see this and be warned....
October 10, 201113 yr I moved this to the correct forum for you. Also I'm a little confused about what happened. You sent the wrong person a package and you're upset because he hasn't gotten back to you about it? How long have you waited for a reply?
October 10, 201113 yr Author I moved this to the correct forum for you. Also I'm a little confused about what happened. You sent the wrong person a package and you're upset because he hasn't gotten back to you about it? How long have you waited for a reply? It has been more than month. I ship to wrong person Bill so I let HK people to help me to get package from him. At beging, the HK friend contact him but he said he didn't get the package. Then I called him which I am not sure is him answered the phone. He told me "Bill is traviling and don't know when he will be back." So, I asked will be more than month, he said is not that long and asked my email. He will pass to him. I wait for week and called/email again no respond. Even my HK friend called, no respond. So, I email to his store, and bill still no respond. I know he is there becuase his BrickLink store still have new activity with new rating. Edited October 10, 201113 yr by brightston
October 10, 201113 yr I don't quite get it either. You made a mistake and shipped him stuff he did not order. That's your fault. From his very high feedback rating on BL, he is likely a decent seller/buyer. He may very legitimately be travelling and unable or even unwilling to be contacted and you may simply have to wait however long it takes until he can address your problem. If I was on holiday while a large shipment of LEGO I did not order appeared at my doorstep, whoever accidentally sent it to me would just have to wait until I got home and had the time to handle what is actually THEIR problem, not mine. But this thread seems to be suggesting that he may be a dishonest BL seller and is going to sell your items on BL instead of sending them back to you. The items you sent him are not even listed in his store, so you are being very unfair to him and harming his good reputation as a BL seller by posting this thread. If this happened to me and I came home to find that my family has been bothered by repeated phone calls, my email inbox was full, and forum threads suggesting that I planned to sell LEGO kits that I never paid for had been posted with my actual name and personal information in them, I would be so mad that I would probably keep the LEGO sets instead of politely returning them as I normally would. October 10, 201113 yr So you shipped him more than he paid for is what I'm getting from this. That's a tough one. I find it strange you decided to join here to warn people not to do business with this person. I wonder how many other forums you have joined for this purpose.

October 10, 201113 yr After a month wait for his reply, but nothing from him. I didn't post to other place. Only this place. Unfortunately for you, at the end of the day this is your mistake, and Bill is under no obligation to do anything. That is why you should always double check when sending and receiving orders. Personally, I am a very busy person, and the last thing I would be making time for in my busy schedule is chasing up the return of a parcel someone sent me out of the blue by mistake, especially if their emails had the accusatory tone of your above posts. Did you offer to pay for the return shipping, paypal and conversion fees and the cost of his time to go through with all that hassle? I don't understand why you haven't posted this on The Bricklink Forum instead and POLITELY asked a moderator to send this fellow a message. All you seem to want to do by posting here is to put a black mark on someone's name for a mistake you made.
October 10, 201113 yr You shipped them DHL did you ask for signature required? If not they would have left it on his doorstep. And if he's travelling it likely sat there until someone swiped it. There's no guarantee he even got the shipment :( to be able to return it to you.
October 10, 201113 yr A package once out of the post office is very easy to get lost. So you really can't do anything about it. And leaving bad feedbck or telling others about it won't help you or hurt him.
