Here's the math: Option 1) In Canada, the Modulars are 200CAD and the Maersk is 155CAD = 555CAD + 15/20CAD for shipping = 575CAD If I buy them from the States... Lego (US Shop) doesn't ship to Canada... The cheapest I found is in Bricklink, with a +20USD markup: Option 2) 170USD per Modular + 135USD for the Maersk = 475 + 30/40USD for shipping = 515USD Is there any other option out there that I'm missing? eBay is crazy even for products that are totally available at the time...
October 10, 201113 yr 1) Get to know someone that lives in USA, and get it shipped to their house and meet up at a later time. 2) If you live near the border, just go to USA and buy them in store. I find even the randomest small towns in USA happen to have Lego stores.
