Ninja Nin Posted October 23, 2011 Posted October 23, 2011 (edited) Hello all ! My first post in the Licensed forum and my recent MOC. This is not for the Batman contest. I built it a while ago after I received 7961 as my birthday gift, I have fun with that famous character. Based on the film Batman Begins (2005), Bruce Wayne was trained by Henri Ducard, leader of the League of Shadows, who later revealed himself to be the real Master Ra's al Ghul. Henri Ducard: You have learned to bury your guilt with anger. I will teach you to confront it, and to face the truth. You know how to fight six men. We can teach you how to engage six hundred. You know how to disappear. We can teach you to become truly invisible. FUN PICTURE Snowboarder guy: OK, it may sound crazy ! But you know you guys can't take part in the Eurobricks LEGO Batman Contest. So how about, we join you guys so that we move to the Series 5 Contest ? How about that ? Hope you like it ! Parrothead Rasmus Posted October 23, 2011 Posted October 23, 2011 Fantastic! This is too cool. The face is perfect, and the building techniques are great. Lots of cheese! Easily one of my favorite Batman MOCs of all time! Quote
LandShark Posted October 23, 2011 Posted October 23, 2011 Very nice scene. The minifigures are great, and the scene itself is very well built. Good work. Quote

Ceroknight Posted October 23, 2011 Posted October 23, 2011 I think this should be an entry, it's very good and like Oky said on the contest forum, it's a good example for people who don't own any batman figs. Quote
Mark FraaKlin Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 I real like white and grey details. You build nice scene with famous for me minifigures. Last scene is beatiful and fun too! P.S Congratulation for your first post. Quote
The Penguin Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 (edited) Yes, you can't participate in my contest, Ducard and Wayne! Why? Because you're a spawn of that Nolan, who didn't even care to include me in any of his films! Seriously speaking, it's a wonderful MOC, and I would really welcome you to participate with a new one, taking into account your outstanding MOCing skills. Looking forward to it. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) Edited October 24, 2011 by The Penguin Quote
Cutty Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 One of the most visually striking scenes of one of the best movies I know wonderfully recreated! Lots of kudos to you! Chris Nolan really does go that extra mile to add that tiny bit of spice that makes a great movie. And the glacier duel between Ducard and Bruce Wayne is exactly that. I admire your taste in movies and even more so that you selected this specific scene. The MOC itself, while being somewhat simplistic in appearance, does give away a powerful image. Thumbs up!! Be well! Cutty Quote
