Antia immediately recovers and hops to her feet. "Ah, much better. You have my thanks. Mind if I tag along with you guys for awhile? Just until I'm back to 100%."

"Ah you're going to join us Antina? Well that will be nice. Let us continue to point four!" Alexis sets off in the direction of point four humming to herself.

"To point four! It is good to have an ant on our side, I will make sure that everyone has some cookie to share in battle." Tesni strode ahead smiling, trying to ignore the strange feeling pressing in her head. The purple had spread through her entire eye, leaving no discernable features. It seemed to be slowing down a little now, but it still felt odd.

[Jebediahs]

Tesni gives two pieces of oatmeal cookie to everyone with the exception of Hoke who she hands one. She takes a lead position with the elven ranger Alexis close by. The children are riding on Antia and are in great spirits as the clerics walk alongside them. Hoke walks behind the party protecting their rear while looking to the surroundings for a possible orcish ambush.

The party comes upon a large scorpion. From its appearance it seems the creature has been walking in one of the Szalinski childrens' paints. The feedback from the chemical and mystical properties of Moranis's experiments allow the scorpion mother and her older children to speak perfect common.

"ANTIA! You dare come to my lair again after I caught you eating my children! And you've brought reinforcements?! These creatures are also covered in the stench of dead baby scorpion blood. I will kill you all!" The party looks incredulously at Antia who does what could only be interpreted as a shrug.

Ellaria consumes her last ladle of Goblin Gumbo, and on her second turn she attacks Young Scorpion (A) from the back row. She also regrets for not stocking more Ice Bombs, they would've really been useful in this battle...

It was strange, the words came unbidden from her mouth, while her attack was her own the other things were not. They were familiar, as if she had known them a very long time, and yet it was as if she had known them for a very long time just now...

Hoping to shutdown the ranger who hit so many in the last round, the momma scorpion and her youngling rush her together. Alexis stumbles backwards as the arachnids prepare to hit her with their stingers. Antia quickly skitters into the line of fire and absorbs both the attacks. Ellaria throws two elemental bombs hitting all targets for 10 damage and bringing youngling d down to 2 lifepoints. Tesni walks up to the suffering scorpion and steps on it with a heavy foot ending its life. Hoke also finishes his target while Haldor and Antia both miss. Haldor takes a point of damage from the poison and Antia limps out of harms way.
