When I first heard of the collectable minifigures the current series was and still is 5. There are some minifigures I want from the first 4 sets of minifigures and lego.com is no longer selling the first 4, only 5. Can any one tell me where I can buy them online. Preferably not eBay and I would appreciate it if the site would let me buy the minifigures separately because there are some I don't need. Any help anyone can give me would be very helpful.

Bricklink is probably your best bet for specific figures. Depending on where you're based, some shops might still sell Series 3 and 4.

Toywiz.com has really good prices on collectable minifigures series 1-4.

I can't PM you, since you don't have 10 posts yet, but I have series 3 and 4 available at MSRP, and also a full set of series 2, along with some extras of each series, plus a few assorted series 1. Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks.

Same here: I have a complete series 4 available, along with some extras. Best, Kristof

I'm in the UK but have found a couple of WH Smiths who have series 3,4 in stock alongside series 5. Had to resort to Ebay for series 2. Not found a reasonably priced series 1 yet.

ye and keep checking, they may not store it this week, but 4 weeks later they might get it, seems to be still a surplus of these in circulation, 1 & 2 unfortunately pretty much dead and will have to rely on eBay or some other brick collectors store

There's at least one store near me that still had a fair number of Series 3 as well as Series 4 as of a week or two ago; I haven't been back since, but based on what I've observed of this store's sales I believe they still have them. That means I currently can buy Series 3, 4 and 5 in stores near me.

What does "reasonably priced" mean to you? It's a first-run series that was in very short supply. I've recently picked up a complete set of Series 1 on Bricklink for $50 which seemed more than reasonable to me. There are really only a couple of high-dollar figures in S1 so you might be able to pull a set together for less, but shipping from multiple sellers would be a cost to consider.

I must say, that's an amazing deal!! I'm quite jealous actually!!

I know the OP doesn't like eBay, but you do get some amazing deals there. I generally just get a random minifig I like every now and then, usually for about £1. And also, series 4 is still availible on Lego S@H, although you won't know what you're getting.

I'm jealous of that too. Cheapest I've seen from a seller in the UK is just over £55. Suppose it's the price I pay for missing the boat and rediscovering lego a bit too late :/

I have lots of series 2 and 3 available in my Brick Link Store. The link is in my signature and I ship world wide!

Wow, great deal!

Thanks for telling me about bricklinks.com but, I have a few more questions. First, I would like to know if trans-clear is a real color for the lightsaber blade lego piece. There are 2 people selling trans-clear ones on bricklinks and one describes it as not an original lego part and the other one doesn't. Also do you have to have a username on bricklinks.com to buy stuff from there. And I would also like to know if there is a trans-clear version of the main parts of a minifigure, besides the head piece, and if there is a white tuxedo torso piece similar to Indiana Jones's tuxedo except all white. Any answer is well appreciated.
