Mike S Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 To my Kaliphlin friends: should we send some of our teachers to Avalonia to help them with reading (I think maths is still too complicated for them)? Or should we let it be like it is and keep laughing with those barbars Indeed it is quite funny indeed when more than one Avalonian makes the same blunder...
Kai NRG Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 To my Kaliphlin friends: should we send some of our teachers to Avalonia to help them with reading (I think maths is still too complicated for them)? Or should we let it be like it is and keep laughing with those barbars Quite hilarious indeed! And here we thought we were making it as simple and obvious as could be...
PenPlays Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 I was just using reason. Lord Kayne clearly said "the best Guild," so it was obvious that an Avalonian would assert that he speaks of Avalonia. The picture above makes it confusing though. Maybe his comment and his photo should have been separate posts?

Maxim I Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Oh, I see, Logic teachers, not reading teachers. Indeed Avalonians think like girls, so without any real and clear logic
GreysonR Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Wow, lots and lots of trash-talking is going here. Less talk, more build!
Kayne Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 The builds are coming....just be patient. Next weekend, all of Historica will be treated to many of the wonders of the south
Maxim I Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Wow, lots and lots of trash-talking is going here. Less talk, more build! Hahaha, this is small trash talking for us There have been periods where the trash talking was worser Anyway, I have no acces to my bricks the next 2 days, so this is the only thing I can do atm
Kai NRG Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 (edited) Indeed Avalonians think like girls, so without any real and clear logic Yes, you must remember that to understand a thing properly, you must understand it the way the writer intended... Wow, lots and lots of trash-talking is going here. Less talk, more build! Got three builds sitting on my desk... Yeah that would be part of the problem... Hahaha, this is small trash talking for us There have been periods where the trash talking was worser ... Worser? Edited June 5, 2013 by Kai NRG

Kai NRG Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 This is too hilarious! Admittedly. Perhaps I shouldn't point out my fellow Kaliphlins mistakes...
Maxim I Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 (edited) Worser? *worse Oh my bad! As Lord Damaximus is coming from another Guild, he still struggles with the common language of Historica edit: I do prefer that every now and then, you guys point out a really stupid mistake Edited June 5, 2013 by Damaximus
kabel Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 I do prefer that every now and then, you guys point out a really stupid mistake Are you sure? I'm an English teacher, haha
Maxim I Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Are you sure? I'm an English teacher, haha Yeah why not perhaps in subscript I do a lot of conversations in English, even in real life
ZCerberus Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Those who can't build make hollow threats and invent stories to trumpet their own importance. It is of no concern. Build on Avalonian, Mitgardian and Nocturnian friends, build on.
SkaForHire Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Wow, explosion! Hahaha. Well, it sounds like there is a lot of good builds coming out of everyone. Can't wait to see.
Maxim I Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Those who can't build make hollow threats and invent stories to trumpet their own importance. It is of no concern. Build on Avalonian, Mitgardian and Nocturnian friends, build on. Wait and see

Maxim I Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 I sense conflct arising between Avalonia and Kaliphlin... should I note that Kaliphlin friends are left out? We are all in this together oh, "the wait and see" was about "those who can not build" not about all the "threats" and "hollow words"
Mike S Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 oh, "the wait and see" was about "those who can not build" not about all the "threats" and "hollow words" I'm pretty sure the threats and hollow words were coming from Nocturnus who someone just called friend... Makes me wonder if Nocturnus hasn't already taken over Evilonia... oh I mean Avalonia.
gedren_y Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 There are Avalonians, Nocturnians, Mitgardians and other Kaliphlin trading in Cobalt Vale this day. They all are managing peaceful discourse. They do this because they know that the Nestlands Clans of the Armored Eagle Goddess have no problem with feeding their bodies to the birds, or raising their dead to service us. Be mindful Black Falcons of Nocturnus, while we will not kill your birds, we will kill your bird masters if you come against us. We support Dextrus Flagg, and he says trade. We will sell you arms and armor for your battles as long as you keep them from our borders.
Captain Nemo Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Be mindful Black Falcons of Nocturnus, while we will not kill your birds, we will kill your bird masters if you come against us. We support Dextrus Flagg, and he says trade. We will sell you arms and armor for your battles as long as you keep them from our borders. You should be mindful Kaliphlin, for those at the top have so much more to lose. Keep your weapons, for you will soon need them--and forge more shields, for you will need more of those than anything to protect yourself from the wave of vengeance that comes upon you.
ZCerberus Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 Oh- the missing Kaliphlin friends part of the comment is clearly an oversight. I couldn't have been talking about the them. They never talk about how they supply the whole realm with everything they need and they always let their builds do the talking. Must have been another guild... must have been.
Rogue Angel Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 We will sell you arms and armor for your battles as long as you keep them from our borders. This is indicative of the mantra of Kaliphlin, as long as it makes us money and doesn't hurt us directly, it is acceptable. This is the motto of the trader driven by money and greed, something that is sadly not uncommon in Kaliphlin. It is the driving force of Kaliphlin, but it could also bring about their doom.
