My name is taken from my Warhammer 40,000 Ork Warboss.

And I thought it´s from the Castlevania universe.... :blush:

My username is the four first letters of my last name including the capital K. I just couldn't think of a name when I registered, so I thought why not put my last name, and the name MacK was born.

Also I never knew that sound effect was called the Wilhelm scream, learn something new every day. :wink:

Dr. Brick comes from Dr. Nick, from the Simpsons!

Not that I'm a real hard-core Simpsons fan but I enjoy watching it and Dr. Nick is always there to save the day (well,... at least he tries, wich is very important! :sadnew: )

Bye everybody!

My name's story is not all that interesting its from my favorite history book :cry_happy: "Wulf the saxon" by G.A. Henty, its about the west anglo saxons its a marvelous book. :thumbup:

Well, first off all I use this nickname all over the 'net.

But in the beginning (I think that was in about 1989 or thereabout) I bought my first computer and a modem. I then joined a BBS with the nickname Phoenix, and later used the same nick on IRC. But after some time I got tired off arguing with som Finnish people that wanted the same nick on IrcNet and changed it to F0NIX (F-null-nix) around 2001 -2002 sometime. The character 0 (number zero) can with some fonts look like the norwegian letter Ă˜ (a O with a / across) and Fønix is the Norwegian variant of Phoenix.

The name is from an old Greek saga about the bird Phoenix rising up from the ash. I just love that tale I thought the name Phoenix would be nice.

So, there you have it. A long but entertaining story I hope :)

"JimButcher" is my nickname givin to me by friends at school. "Butch" means junior, and my real name is Nick, and theres an older kid named Nick at my school, so im Nick Jr., but i didnt like that so Butch was fused with the common name Jim to make "Jim Butch", but the older Nick thought it was Jim Butcher, and thats what it turned out to be. So, no, i am not a slaughterer of the cows.

:wacko: Confused. :wacko:

how so? "Btuch" means junior, as in another word for junior. we (being me and my friends) just picked a random name, (Jim) and made "Jim Butch". But my friend thought it was "Jim Butcher" so thats what it turned out to be. so technically, it should be "Nick Butcher" because i am the younger of the two Nicks. So if you thought i was some sort of slaughterer, (like cutting up pigs into bacon strips) that is not the case. I hope this rewording helped!

There's a bit of a story behind mine.

Dark: Because it represents darkness and whatnot....

Yami: He's my favorite character in an anime show

Dragon: Because dragons are awesome!

That's it. :classic:

Last year my best friend Stony, my pet Netherland Dwarf Rabbit, died and I still miss her. So I name all my accounts and game same slots after her.

OK, here's mine:

commanderbly: My favourite clone commander

42: The answer to everything.

But, on some sites, I substitute manxboi instead of commanderbly and keep the 42.

My name Skipper came from the redwall books. Skipper is this really cool otter who is my favorite character. 24 is my favorite number! :classic:

Simply put I wanted to be a weatherman...so naturally I wanted to pick something that was weatherish. Somehow this was the end result...and I've used at almost every site in which I am a member.

42, not just the answer to everything, but Life, The Universe and Everything. :wink:

prepare for short story

orignally when i was a kid and making an account on LEGO.com i wanted sonic but that was taken (duh :hmpf_bad: ) so one of the random things it had was sonic583 which i randomly picked, as i got older i realized that is was a sucky name so i (still sonicy) chose a purpose mispelling of chaos which was choas and i added the 583 so choas583.

my friend told me bout a game called puzzlepirates which i wanted to try out and i needed a username and i was going to put choas583, i was also writing a short story at the time and i was introducing a demon called Pencoin (i got the name from a anagram of Cepin and added the 'on for stroyline reason :laugh: ) and i accidently typed it for my username and i was going to deleate it but i realized it was a good pirate name so it stuck. to this day. if i get banned from something and i want to return to it i usually add 27.

why 27? you ask well i seem to be haunted by the number 72 so if

72=bad

27=good

histroy is fun no? :wink:

Simple - I'm called Christine. Being a chick I can usually get my name on forums as a lot of my interests are male dominated, if I'm not Christine I sometimes goes as Chrisy_m_uk.

My last name is McQuown. Phonetically, it's Mic-kyow'in, with a short o, like in cow. My user name is more like the Scottish pronunciation, but I like the u's instead of double o's.

Eilif, pronounced like "eye-liff" is my middle name. It's a fairly uncommon Danish name, that means "immortal" in old norse. It was my great uncle's first name. I use it on almost every forum I use, and the only place it's ever been taken was on the LEGO official website. Should I have a son someday, it will probably be his first or middle name also.

I'm Roger Riggs so rriggs is simply made from this. This has been my username for most things historically... Not original but it works for me!

Cheers
