Shakar Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 The name Shakar takes me back when I was a huge General Grievous fan. Before seeing ROTS, that is...he was such a wimp during the short time he was alive. Anyway, I wanted to change my username over BZP. So I began looking for a GG related name, and I found out that, apparently, his full name was Grievous Shakar. I really liked that name so I decided to adopt it. Now it has grown so much on me that it has become my offcial nickname. Many months later, I found out that it was fan made name. Still..did you know Shakar means "grateful" in Arabian? Shakar Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 (edited) Well, one time i was sailing and our boat capseized ( i don't know the coreect spelling, sorry), so as i was coming out of the water, there were some weeds in my hair, hance the name captain green hair :-D Edited October 6, 2007 by Captain green hair Quote
jedikermit Posted October 10, 2007 Posted October 10, 2007 I...like Star Wars and Muppets. So jedikermit came out of that. I should really have a Jedi Kermit avatar, but my friend drew a Green Lantern Kermit. Which I really liked. So there it is. Confusing? Not really. Quote
Hinckley Posted October 11, 2007 Posted October 11, 2007 Well, one time i was sailing and our boat capseized ( i don't know the coreect spelling, sorry), so as i was coming out of the water, there were some weeds in my hair, hance the name captain green hair :-D That's an awesome story! What kind of sailboat? *wub* It is capsized, by the way... :-$ Quote
Corvus Posted October 11, 2007 Posted October 11, 2007 That's an awesome story! What kind of sailboat? *wub* Same here! Unless the sailboat's a Thistle, I don't care. :-P I envy the people who have names that match their experiences. I, not being able to think of a name, came up with Mr. Mandalorian. :-| Since then, I've tried to think of a good name... but none sound good. |-/ WillBrick? No.... Quote
Lt. Col. Thok Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 Alright, None! How do you do....bad humor. Nadroj, I was a Captain at BZP, hence the rank change. Since then, I've shortened it to Lt.Col. Thok. Quote
Dragonator Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 Right, this isn't to hard..... The first part of my name is dragon for an obvious reason... I *wub* dragons! Therefor I had to have it somewhere in my name. When thinking of the second part to it, I for some reason thought of the Terminator, which is a movie (although you all probably know this already :-| ). Anyway, I thought that the idea of a terminator goes well with dragons, as they 'terminate' the competition.... *skull* So I put two and two together and got dragonator, which I thought sounded quite nice. It was what we call a valk, a small keelboat with 1 mast about 7 meters long without a cabin. Quote
Guest Nightmare_Zero Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 I know it's sick, but my name comes from the fact, that I can think of the most horrible nightmares to things who are heavily angering me. :-/ Quote
Zarkan Posted October 21, 2007 Posted October 21, 2007 My name obviously comes from the fact that I love General GRIEVOUS, but am not the best speller when in a hurry. :-P Quote
Lt. Col. Thok Posted October 21, 2007 Posted October 21, 2007 I know it's sick, but my name comes from the fact, that I can think of the most horrible nightmares to thingswho are heavily angering me. :-/ Ah.....Then, I won't mention that you're unregistered. Quote
Sir Dillon Posted October 21, 2007 Posted October 21, 2007 Ah.....Then, I won't mention that you're unregistered. I believe that's because he had two accounts, so that one was deleted. Quote
doug7172 Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 My name is simple. When I joined clubpenguin (stupid dead sheep shoes after awihle I relized how :-X that game was) I normally would use my moms madien name, Howsley. Well after awihle I relized it was not a very catchy name and so I came up with doug7172. Doug is from my name and 7172 is my old address. Pretty pathitic huh :-$ ? Quote
goggleson Posted October 23, 2007 Posted October 23, 2007 Goggleson: I made this account to post my first ever MOC, after reading about steampunk on the net. Since I like steampunk charecters to have brown hats with goggles, 'goggleson' it would be, signing in, creating steampunk MOCs... goggles on! :-D Quote
Fender Bender Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 My sig-name is related to my other hobby besides lego, playing guitar fender because it's my favorite brand of guitar and bender because i frequently use bent notes while playing (it was actually a friend who first called me a fender-bender) Some people ask if I'm a futurama fan for some reason... :-D Quote
Lord Of Pies Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Hmmm, I enjoy consuming pie. Hence the name The Lord Of Pies! :-D P.S A have a new avatar! Quote
ExoBuilder Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Well I used to love Exo Force and I would build MOCs constantly. As you might have guessed my birthday is May the 9th. So for a simple yet not childish(I hope 8-| ) screenname, I chose exo-builder59. Quote
Mr Spielbrick Posted November 2, 2007 Posted November 2, 2007 The 'Mr' sounds a bit pompous to my own ears, but just 'Spielbrick' seemed a bit undefined. Feel free to call me Spielbrick any time, though. Or Philip, if we're going for real names. :-) Obviously, Spielbrick is a name that's suspiciously closely related to Spielberg. I am a big fan of his films and am currently studying to become a professional film director. Back in the days of Lego Studios, I used to make trailer and short clips with Lego. Now I am preparing to make at least one Lego short of 5 to 10 minutes. Hence, Mr Spielbrick. Quote
jifel Posted November 11, 2007 Posted November 11, 2007 my initials are jfl, and i wanted a nickname that could work on any website and i didnt want something specific that i could grow out of, otherwise i mightve done geckoman, mandalore the indomitable, or beatlesfan, so i just thru some vowels into my initials, and the second one had to be an "e" jafel jefel jifel jofel jufel jifel was the only one that sounded natural jifel Quote
Lt. Col. Thok Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 Er...Mr. jifel, please remove the ultimate Beatles fan from your sig. Your lack of LSD tells me that you are sorely in need of a rude awakening. X-D Oh, good, that was spam. I originally wanted my username to be "John Lennon", but I was young, and stupid, so I made it Lt. Col. Thok. Quote
Widdi Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 My nickname has a quite long history. It was my nickname at school from the 5th grade (back in 1999) onwards. I first used it with the term RCT, in a german coaster game community page and NL at two english coastersim pages, and I'm still using it there. Then I used just WIddi in brickshelf and so on maj.com and now in any forum, I'm using. Including this forum and a german weather and scenic photography forum. And Widdi is just a cut version of my real family name, but with -di in the back. It's an old nickname, since it's in use since 8 years now with two variations. mFg Widdi Quote
hollisbrick Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 well my last and nickname is hollis/holli(e)/hollister ect and when we played rugby my nickname was hollis brick(because a was hard as one or as thick as one i dont know :-D ) so i used that also because it was somewhat lego related. Quote
Batbrick Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 Well I like Batman, and lego bricks, see if you can put two and two together! X-D I'll admit my name is a tad uninspired, but I think it has a nice ring to it. To the Brickmobile! -Clearly as the batmobile has morphed into the brickmobile! >:-) Quote
