Bob Posted November 15, 2011 Author Posted November 15, 2011 I'd like a turn at searching the drawers. There's all sorts of utensils, cooking apparatus, and pots, as well as a box of rice, several cans of soup, a can of instant gelatin, and also some other foods. Then I'll take a look at the drawers, son. There's all sorts of utensils, cooking apparatus, and pots, as well as a box of rice, several cans of soup, a can of instant gelatin, and also some other foods. I'd like to take a glance at the last few entries made before the Chief's death in the diary. The last entry is from a week before the Chief died: "Going off to college, so this will be my last entry. I'm hiding it where I usually hide my diary so nobody can find it. I'll miss everyone but now I've got to go pack so I'll see the diary later when I return."
Rumble Strike Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 I would like to look in both refrigerators ;)
Fugazi Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 What kind of electronic devices? I don't think there was an answer. What kind of electronic devices are in the box?
Bob Posted November 15, 2011 Author Posted November 15, 2011 I would like to look in both refrigerators ;) There's nothing odd in there, just some food and drinks. I'll search the cabinets. There's a variety of dishes inside the cabinets. I don't think there was an answer. What kind of electronic devices are in the box? Sorry, there's a GPS, an old MP3 Player, a cassette, and a small portable DVD player.
Mrlegoninja Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 Is there any sound on the casette? Is there a casette player to check?
Bob Posted November 15, 2011 Author Posted November 15, 2011 Is there any sound on the casette? Is there a casette player to check? Not that anyone can see as of now.
CorneliusMurdock Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Do any of the devices in the box still work?
Bob Posted November 16, 2011 Author Posted November 16, 2011 Do any of the devices in the box still work? The GPS does.
Brickdoctor Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 The GPS does. Does the GPS have a record of the past places it has been used to get directions to?
Fugazi Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Just a question Sarah, where is your daughter now -- Lauren, if I'm not mistaken? I am ready to move on to the next room, say the Library.
Bob Posted November 16, 2011 Author Posted November 16, 2011 Just a question Sarah, where is your daughter now -- Lauren, if I'm not mistaken? I am ready to move on to the next room, say the Library. "She's gone off to college. She went to a very nice college on the east coast. She's such a bright young girl." Does the GPS have a record of the past places it has been used to get directions to? Yes it does. Some locations include Alex's Office, the Jordan home, and a few other spots including a liquor store, a grocery store, and a department store all outside of town.
Peanuts Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Yes it does. Some locations include Alex's Office, the Jordan home, and a few other spots including a liquor store, a grocery store, and a department store all outside of town. Can we find out if it's the same liquor store the chief went to? And when it was visited the last time? If that is settled, let's go on to the library.
Brickdoctor Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 I'd like to recall if Alex normally shopped at liquor stores.
Bob Posted November 16, 2011 Author Posted November 16, 2011 Can we find out if it's the same liquor store the chief went to? And when it was visited the last time? If that is settled, let's go on to the library. It is the same store. The library is a small room with two armchairs in the center situated on a circular rug. There's a small desk and a bookshelf filled with books and various souvenirs. There's also a fishbowl and a family portrait. I'd like to recall if Alex normally shopped at liquor stores. Not habitually
Brickdoctor Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 I'd like to recall if the desk has drawers, and if it does, I will search them.
CMP Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 (edited) I'd like to rip through the bookshelf wildly, and check every book for notes. Edited November 16, 2011 by CallMePieOrDie
Peanuts Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 I'd like to check under the rug and look at the titles of the books Marcus is checking. Maybe I'll find myself some interesting books, I'm sure Alex won't need them anymore.
Brickdoctor Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Maybe I'll find myself some interesting books, I'm sure Alex won't need them anymore. Don't you think I read, too?
Peanuts Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Don't you think I read, too? Er... Would you mind if I borrowed one or two of your books? and propably never return them
Brickdoctor Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Er... Would you mind if I borrowed one or two of your books? and propably never return them Depends on the book.
CorneliusMurdock Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Should we call the liquor store and ask if Alex was there the night of the Chief's death?
Fugazi Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Is there anything on the desk? Should we call the liquor store and ask if Alex was there the night of the Chief's death? Absolutely. But we could also ask Sarah if Alex was with her on that night.
Brickdoctor Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Absolutely. But we could also ask Sarah if Alex was with her on that night. I'd like to recall where Alex was on the night the Chief died.
