Greetings and Exubliant Cheers for Lord Ssilyrrlith!

I bring various offerings.

For your beastiary, I bring a trio of Mire Crows, three Grey Mantled pixies and a coven of Imps!

http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=494639

Mire crows seemed were first seen a few years ago in our river. Our local "expert" the Tacomancer, says that they were there all along but the salmon used to eat them before they got too big. They are dangerous and delicious, either boiled with a touch of butter or preserved in alcohol for export. (Pic 651)

The wizards of aeons past spent many an hour detailing the different types of fairies in our land, but then it was discovered that hundred of different species were the same. The gray mantled pixies use illusion to alter the appearance of their wings and body to confound many would be catalogers, but their hair is always a silver gray. It is possible that these mischievous urchins purposefully changed their appearance over and over again just to confuse the wizards. Especially since one wizard catalogued 213 different types of Pixies in one day, all with gray hair and all in groups of three. The true appearance of the pixies is unknown, since the only bodies recovered have a "squsihy" appearance. (pic 652)

Imps! Demonic familiars! Bat winged piranhas! Flee! (Pic 656....more of WIP)

Also for your gardens and magical component armory I bring two new jungle plants.

http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=495683

You already know of the Heart Hibiscus (624) used for charm spells and the like, and of the dusky nucifera (625) used for controlling and enhancing undead, now see the engraved primrose (654-655) which improved teleportation spells and finally what locals call Kraken Eyes (653) are actually several different species. My mages have not quite found any use for the plant as of yet, but I will let you know what we discover. (The Kraken eyes are a wip, I figured out how to use less parts, but have not taken pictures yet.)

But perhaps you are more interested in durable good for trade and guards? Well feast your eyes on these!

This weapon is sure to strike fear into the hearts of your enemies!

Also, our master coopers have been hard at work developing this,

A spirit brewing village likes our always needs more storage space. But there are other uses, like mashing grapes, storing oils & water for sieges, bathing in blood, drowning your enemies in the poetic justice liquid of your choice. The possibilities are endless!

Finally, this is Mr. Cinder's Mushroom Farm. Not quite finished yet, but we will make him spiffy it up for your visit. (WIP)

(sorry about the colour, most of the photos came out all yellow, I'm new to adjusting so I just fiddled a bit to try to improve it.)

Does hanging our in mud all day make the Minotaurs brown? One wonders these things...

I did too... but you'd think their horns would be brown too. Maybe the colour just sinks into the skin.

Also on this occasion, the standard is supposed to be visible since this is not a hidden bunker like the others.

A top scholar from Avalonia, having defected to Nocturnus, advises Orkusack, chief of war, on battle tactics.

My fellow Nocturnians! If anyone with ps skills wants to play with one of pictures of this city, please do so, so it can be better and more presentable (i.e. remove background:)

You could choose any picture from this folder, although I would suggest the first one on this thread (the one where you can see ceiling:) i.e. one of this two:

link 1 or link 2

Just remember, we have few more days to the deadline

With Nocturnus to victory! :)

Greetings and Exubliant Cheers for Lord Ssilyrrlith!

As promised, here is Mr. Cinder's Mushroom Farm

http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=496431

As you can see, Mr. Cinder is a dwarf who farms and ferments mushrooms, unfortunately he sometimes partakes a little too much of his own creation, and today some runaway swine decided to sample his latest crop. Fortunately the Tacomancer was nearby and managed to wake Mr. Cinder up before all his mushrooms were gone.

Later the Tacomancer went to study the local Crystal Pylons to see if he could figure out their purpose. He couldn't.

Next up we are working on some siege equipment. Pictures will be up soon.

Your Majesties, Your Excellencies, My Lords, and Ladies,

the esteemed artists of the Petraea General Trading Company have recorded several auspicious personages of Nocturnus at Duc leStrange`s Valentine`s Ball in the Kaliphlin Embassy at Abyssan here. The Duke has once again brought love, peace and understanding to the people of Historica, bless his idiot socks.

Artanis I, lovely editing. Angeli, more excellent minifig combinations.

Mighty Lord Ssilyrrlith,

I am pleased to report that our constructions work in Mitgardia has reached it's completion. Ragnarok is an Embassy in the Orcish Marches of Mitgardia. It has all aspects as requested: easy to defend, design to show the power and wealth of Nocturnus in order to cause defectors. The local orcish clans have shown no sign of hostility, yet. However, we continue to to distrust them. We would like to request an audiance at your palace to provide a presentation of our project.

Your most devoted servant,

Count Nero

Ragnarok

Nocturnus Embassy in Mitgardia, to visit in this thread
