So the Drow grow ever stronger under their new leader, infiltrating other guilds in disguise and playing them against each other!

All this going on under our noses and what do the other guilds do? Mock Avalonia for trying to put a stop to all this!

We have been saying the Drow are getting strong for ages now, but no one listens!

Shame on you people of Historica!

Well Avalonia will be ready, we are training new warriors and the Dragon Flight will ride again! Time to awaken the Dragons.

The Drow is a mighty foe, we respect that. They are the 'Evil' to our 'Good' and we shall fight them to the end of time if we must. Whenever the Drow make a move, we will always be there to confront them, to hell and back if we must!

Yvonnel, maybe one day the time will finally come when we meet on the battlefield, when that day comes only one shall leave alive. Untill that day comes, Avalonia will be there to confront you at every turn and make your 'world conquering' quest a difficult one!

I, Nariek Francis, of the Kaliphlin Guild, am ready to join Nocturnus and Avalonia in the fight against the Drow. I believe the Drow's threat must be put to a stop as soon as possible. I'm beginning my journey to aid in Nocturnus.

Angeli, where did you get that head for one of your werewolves? The one wearing the bullet helmet, he looks great as a white or gray werewolf. I am thinking of some builds with a different race of werewolves and I am at the moment looking for the minifigs who are going to be the werewolves.

I need to order hundreds of gray slope inverts, to finish this cave

So it will take a while :sceptic:

Cute babydragon :classic: For sure a mighty weapon, as Avalonians will try to hug this dragon instead of killing it

I've been strongly advised by a fellow Kalihpin against joining the fighting, but I can't sit by and watch this happen and do NOTHING.

I'll be sending caravans of weapons, provisions, armour, etc. to Nocturnians and Avalonians who are fighting the Drow. Expect them soon!

There are wars, and there are rumors of wars... And the Faerie Forest is stirring.

If one seeks to conquer the world, has he chosen to be the master of the Mystic Isles?

We Siercon and Coral are Avalonians to be sure. Still, we often find contentment in passively watching the world turn around us. We now hold a scroll of summoning. It is a request from Artorious to take part in the Dragon Flight. We will ride. Attack Avalonia and we must oppose you. Attack the Mystic Isles, and blood will be spilled.

Now tell us Drow... Is this true? Do you lay claim to mystic islands you've never seen? Your answer will change the sharpness of our blade.

You have 1 day. - S&C

(P.S. ::Stepping out of character:: I'm glad some of you are making this interesting. Always need someone to distribute some smack talk and war with good sportsmanship :)

To the silly Avalonians and a small number of wayward thinking Kaliphlin shortsightedly assuming that "one can simply walk into Nocturnus" :hmpf: :

Don't forget that in order to reach Nocturnus you have to get past the treacherous mountains, many of the local population are not welcoming of the Avalonian or any other marching forces. Many will be extremely hostile. Strongholds are built to withstand attempted invasion. To get there you have to still be alive after passing through the Kel-Ra labyrinths. Safe passage can only be bought at a price from the otherwise hostile guardians. I hope for your sake that you're rich. To get to the labyrinths you have to get past the minotaurs... they like to eat fresh meat, and unless you are approved as being on a trade journey you'll be lunch. They eat men-in-tights like it's KFC. :moar:

>>>also out of character - if there wasn't for the two of you, Drow would not have enough sparkly magic bricks to summon enough elementals for the fight ;) And I have a twist, just wagging war would be boring after a while ;) look at THIS: <<<

Our mathron mother maybe never laid her eyes on it's murky waters, but Drow have an embassy Mystic Isles, Llurth Dreir, but our representatives there do not climb down often from the top of the mountain, because the wild life down there is pretty... well, wild, and Drow stationed there tend to get soft, surrounded by all this green-wearing Avalonians... And they will be dealt with, later. And Mystic Isles will need a lord, as much as the whole land of Avalonia, once it was purified of the nasty humans...

And we know why you are asking, and not attacking: your grand grandfather was a Drow, and you still have some of our beautiful Drow markings:

And in this time of need, we need you to remember your roots, and listen to your blood - the humans from Avalonia want to rule the world as much as we do, but they fear and loath of every other species that are so much different from them, as humans always did. If they would conquer us, by some miracle, do you think that you and your fairy creatures would be left alone, in peace? They talk about peace, and build torturing devices, war-machines and watchtowers; they amass the army and just wait for the excuse to attack while offering talk of peace. At least you know what we want.

A help from a lord who conquered the world of Myrth and created the Order would turn the tides of upcoming war. And if your mages haven't told you yet, there is an even greater threat coming from the horizon, and the only way Historica is going to survive is as united world, under the strong leadership of Drow. Everything is ready for the uprising, beneath the embassy of Llurth Dreir are tunnels filled with our warriors with magical weapons; if you are willing, they are yours to command; fortify Mystic Isles, and do not answer to anyone, not us, who need nothing from your lands, not to your pretend masters, who need your magic, your weapons and your soldiers. Later, you can take the whole land of Avalonia, and nurture it to harmony and peace, under your just and kind rulership.

We are sending our representative, who would obey your orders and manage those Drow that are waiting under the embassy; Her name is Phaere, and she is wise and nimble; she will serve you good, as much as a Drow can do.

You could take the destiny of your lands in your own hands and protect your people of the wars that are about the come, between the guilds, and later, when the even greater enemy storm on us... Your people need your help! And great conqueror of Myrth needs only one master - himself! What do you say?

Unfortunately, that head is flesh colored. I was thinking the same thing though.

A most excellent reply.

Few people know of our relation to the Drow, this was a keen catch. And as far as offering all of Avalonia if we help conquer, this is an offer one shouldn't refuse. We especially know it was not given lightly, and are honored by this gesture. By no fault of yours, this which would have completely captured us many years ago, is no longer tempting. Our time for ruling was passed on. Only an exceedingly great need will make us break our spectatorship in the politics of man, and seek out war.

That being said, we will ride out to the forefront of the battle to maintain the lives of a selected few. Needless bloodshed of either brethren breaks our heart, but rarely will we intervene except for those chosen. If your straits become dire, we will protect your life, offer sactuary in defeat or freedom from assassins. This already will anger some Avalonians. But if our Avalonian leaders lives are in the balance we will be there to aid them in battle. If our worst fears should align and our king or noble friends faces you or select members on the battle field... Then the earth has seemed to call for a sacrifice.

For the rest of the Drow, who plow headlong at us in battle versus those who pause and chose another path... we will kill immediately without guilt.

Lord Darecold invited his friends and trading partners for a meeting in Racoons Village.

(I hope, I can finish my MOC next week)

The Werewolves compile a huge army who let these Avalonians tremble!

You should be careful, because in Nocturnus dormant a great power.

Our small army we have guarding the Nocturnus border is only 50 men strong. Their orders are to watch the border and prevent any Drow army who try to march on other guilds. That is all, we are not attacking, just there to stop Drow from leaving Nocturnus.

It seems the loyal Nocturnians have so far got the situation under control. There are no signs that the Drow are preparing to march an army out of Nocturnus as of yet. They would be foolish to do so and I don't think they have the power or courage.

We are confident that the Drow will think twice about attacking, they shall stay in their mountains and that's all the land they will ever get to rule!

However, something Does feel wrong and I fear we will be put to the test soon enough.

Deep in the heart of Avalonia we are forming an army, the largest seen in Historica for centuries, so we will be ready!!!

Allright this means 2 things:

- or this text is just written to fool everyone

- or Avalonians are even worse than women in co-ordination and the hundreds soldiers of DeGothia are now somewhere melting down in the extremely hot Kaliphlin Desert

Oh and by the way, if Avalonia is indeed forming the largest army ever seen in Historica, then why are they so affraid that the Drow are a threat for every Historican???

Proof again that Avalonians are just as warmoning or even worse than the Drow.

Also I would like to point you to the fact that there are already Avalonians in Nocturnus fighting against the Drow (K. Kreations for example)...

We have a small army under my control near the border. This army has, as our Great Leader says, only scouting missions. The soldiers that I brought from Benoic is on other duties across Avalonia.

We are forming a large army to maintain the peace in Historica.

Do not be fooled, 50 of our finest spearman are more then enough to hold the Vale pass.

If the Drow decide to send an army, my men will be able to slow them down long enough till reinforcements arrive.

We are not warmongering, we are just preparing. If something big happens and our lands are threatened then at least we will have a large force ready.

The Dragon flight is preparing which will consist of 200 mounted heavy horsemen, accompanyed by 600 prime spearmen, 200 archers and 200 swordsmen. Hopefully more if my bank balance allows

So yes, we will be ready!

Ooh, come on...

50 man are supposed to rescue Nocturnus from the Drow?

They only scout without even crossing the border?? (like Rex says...)

50 brave scouts "fight side by side by loyalists to Lord S." ???

Building a bigger army in order to stop fighting. Only an Avalonian could pull it off!
