Balthasar Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Thanks for covering our backs, mighty Drowlord. Although I'm not physically able for experience fear, I do feel comfort in knowing our lands are well protected. It gives me the ability to ride my carriage to Avalonia at night. Time to stir up some more internal conflict! A good thing that I've been studying at the Drow College of fine Arts, to learn the art of trashtalk. That French guard from Monty Python was an excellent scholar.
Maxim I Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 .... That French guard from Monty Python was an excellent scholar. Hahaha, this made me laugh for minutes!

Kayne Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 I believe his mother was also a hamster, if I am not mistaken
gedren_y Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Wait, those immortal words uttered by John Cleese. Including the French guard, he played six characters in that movie.
turtleman2020 Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Sorry I've been inactive for so long. Anyway do to my laziness to find/build my old avatar the death of my old avatar I'built a new one. Behold Grong the Troll Grong the troll lives in the mountains of Nocturnus where he has gathered his army to kill the wizard and defend Nocturnus.
Balthasar Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 Silly k-nigts! Thank you Rogueang, noblest of the elves. Your post is a delight to our humble thread! It pleases us in the most euforic ways, that we manage to bring out the worst in people. Finally we have managed to get the fine and decent Avalonians to follow our higher standards of vulgarity. This calls for a feast. Slaughter the goats!

Rogue Angel Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 Owow, that means less cheese for the Avalonians :D They are slaughtering Nocturnal goats so it won't affect our cheese supply. What Avalonian would eat Nocturnus Cheese? Have you seen what they call goats? Besides, It would probably be laced with poison, or at least a strong laxative.
Balthasar Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 It is most inappropriate to decline gifts and invitations... We praise Rogueang for his rudeness!
SkaForHire Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 It is most inappropriate to decline gifts and invitations... We praise Rogueang for his rudeness! You are quickly becoming my favorite Nocturnian.
Maxim I Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 You are quickly becoming my favorite Nocturnian. +1 but I still miss Angeli...
Dr Rod Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 Owow, that means less cheese for the Avalonians :D You don't want to know what my contacts have been selling the western tight wearers as "cheese" lately Dr Rod They are slaughtering Nocturnal goats so it won't affect our cheese supply. What Avalonian would eat Nocturnus Cheese? Have you seen what they call goats? Besides, It would probably be laced with poison, or at least a strong laxative. Close, but not technically a poison by WTW standards. Dr Rod
Balthasar Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 My educated friend, are you going up for the annual trick-an-avalonian-into-buying-total-crap-award? I hear competition is pretty tough this year.
NiceMarmot Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 You are quickly becoming my favorite Nocturnian. It's quite a contest between Balthasar and Dr Rod -- they are both very high quality Nocturnians!
Dr.Cogg Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 (edited) Even though our Guild is small wouldn't are tech be the most advanced and are sorcery the most powerful because we don't have ethics or moral issues to bother us during experiments for example: avalonians might stop experiments on people by their scientist or wizards, but no one would stop us from doing the same experiments so we would keep going on with them , finding new advancement in science and sorcery. Dr Rod Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 My educated friend, are you going up for the annual trick-an-avalonian-into-buying-total-crap-award? I hear competition is pretty tough this year. I find it is not normally necessary to "trick" them at all, they are normally willing to buy any old crap, at least lately Dr Rod Even though our Guild is small wouldn't are tech be the most advanced and are sorcery the most powerful because we don't have ethics or moral issues to bother us during experiments for example: avalonians might stop experiments on people by their scientist or wizards, but no one would stop us from doing the same experiments so we would keep going on with them , finding new advancement in science and sorcery. Absolutely, I would show you sketches and watercolours of some of my experimental setups, but it is likely that the WTW folk would then whinge about "crimes against humanity" and "ethical scientific behavior" and other nonsensical hippy stuff. But then again, what do I care? Dr Rod
Maxim I Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 I agree that the dark mages in Nocturnus are much more advanced than the hippy mages in Avalonia! I mean, in Avalonia, it's all about "peace with the nature", talking to trees, eating mushrooms, ... They consider themself always as the best example of peacefull beings...

It's defense in Avalonia, from the Drow, Revolword, Nocturnus... And you know what we say, the best defense is a good offense.
kabel Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 I'm glad there isn't much magic in Mitgardia, we only use brute force to fight our enemies. And we're good at that!!!
Ecclesiastes Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 I'm glad there isn't much magic in Mitgardia, we only use brute force to fight our enemies. And we're good at that!!! Amen to that. Only exeption is Gyrin though
Zilcho Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 We're like the errm... Sauron of Historica. Avalonia is like Radagast.
Dr Rod Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 We're like the errm... Sauron of Historica. Avalonia is like Radagast. Sauron was a pussy. Dr Rod
