soccerkid6 Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 @Sirens of Titan: Now that the Challenge IV judging is over is it ok to ask for feedback via PM again Congratulations to Cara on winning again, that's 2 in a row by a Mitgardian
Ecclesiastes Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 I really like the commuity builds, a very good idea and I have some ideas allready in building a section myself. Looking forward to your return Congratulations to Cara on winning again, that's 2 in a row by a Mitgardian That's indeed quite the achievement! Well done!
kabel Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 Although personally round 4 was a disaster with me not scoring a single point I still we think that we as a guild did an excellent job. So we are back on track, old members returning, great new members coming in, good to see that Mitgardia is alive as ever!!

So we are back on track, old members returning, great new members coming in, good to see that Mitgardia is alive as ever!! Personally I look at it this way: if they are 5 better entries than mine (in my own opinion there were lots more than that)I shouldn't even get 1 vote. Though I was ecstatic to receive over 10 votes, my main goal is to improve my score every round. Which I have been doing, and I'm sure you have too
Pyrovisionary Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 (edited) *whispers*For sure, maybe even Knight of Mpya Stedor *whispers* Done*coughwhatthehellitsgettingboring* Cara triumphs again. How about getting those dwarves to make a catapult to launch Cara at any challenge, hereby winning it for the best guild (Mitgardia). Also Edited September 3, 2012 by Skyrimguy

Though I was ecstatic to receive over 10 votes, my main goal is to improve my score every round. Which I have been doing, and I'm sure you have too Soccerkid, I voted for you because I thought the micro scale in the background part of the challenge was important and yours was obvious. Different people voted with different criteria in mind: microscale, action, beauty, size. And I would guess maybe 100 people voted. I didnt expect this outcome, I read this thread this morning before looking at anything else and had to go find out what people were talking about. Not as much action came through in the photos of my MOC as I saw looking at it on my desk. Working with so much micro scale I think left you feeling a little removed from the destruction. I keep thinking I wont enter the next because the last was such a rush for time. But then the subject matter is one I love and I go I'll just start and see if I get enough done that its even feasible. Then since I've started I want to finish it . That is one thing these guilds have really helped me with. A year ago it took me months to do what I now doing one month. I have mad respect for people like Ecclesiastes who can turn out such beautiful and prolific MOCs.

Never listen to those voices in your head I have mad respect for people like Ecclesiastes who can turn out such beautiful and prolific MOCs. Thanks! But your also an excellent builder, I think your builds are winning because of your creativy. You excel in thinking out of the box and as you see that doesn't go unnoticed! Here's the Ondylion WIP. It needs just a mountain and houses. And last some minifigs and snow! Edited September 4, 2012 by Ecclesiastes

kabel Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 wow Eccles, this looks phantastic! Actually I'm about to do something similar as I havn't torn down my Valholl citer center houses yet, which I think I will connect to the wall pieces
PenPlays Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 (edited) I'm getting very excited to see the finished Ondylion, Eccles. Keep up the good work. Edited September 5, 2012 by Penkid11
Maxim I Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 Sir Tomvaximus, who controls Mpya Stedor in absence of Lord Damaximus, is shocked when he discovered that you execute those who didn't followed the laws!! He will send Embassador Nohr Mahn to The Thing with the request that Mpya Stedor and other Kaliphlin cities may have the right to buy those poor fellowers to enslave them! It is otherwise a sad waste of perfectly strong and healthy men and women!
Pyrovisionary Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 Amazing! Because my moc is just to small....

Blaze Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 Is your new guild living underground soccerkid? I allready made some sketches for a new city in the northern part of Mitgardia, a sort of capital for the northern rangers and one of the big cities of Mitgardia. Too bad it will take at least two weeks before I can get my lego collection back.

First off I would cover up all the yellow, red, and blue bricks............ just kidding. The ruins look excellent, I like how much growth you put in them Maybe you could add some rubble just lying on the ground Edited September 11, 2012 by soccerkid6
