Thanks for the suggestion, I'm going to talk with my brother about the issues with my website, he's the one who helped me make it and knows way more than I do

Here's a pic from Flickr:

Thanks! That's really looking great, I see we're really going to have some tough competition! Love the trans-red and trans-green!

Thanks! I filled the edges of cups with those 1x1 tiles when I went to the PAB, got over half cup full of just those, I didn't think I'd ever use all of them but this build proved me wrong

Edit: Today I took pictures of my challenge V entry :excited: Will probably post the topic November 1st

It ended up weighing 20.4 pounds, and I carried it out to my porch without any of the sections falling or breaking so it's pretty sturdy :classic:

And yeah, you dont't have to tell me, the lighting needs fixing too.

I was in a hurry, though!

Looking good!

On the way down I carried the top level separate just to be safe, the second floor pillars are the weakest part since the tall slopes don't have as good clutch power.

After I took pics I weighed the whole thing then carried it all together back upstairs, I even tilted it accidentally one time and it still stayed together. I really don't like fragile creations so I tend to make mine sturdier than necessary :classic:

Nice entry soccerkid! I almost finished mine, but it will be much smaller than yours (32x48 studs, all "parts" on one level...)

Posted

Very cool Temple, soccerkid, but the second story (the rock part) looks a little cliffy.

And Buurli_Burri, is'nt the minimum for the contest 48X48, and dos'nt it have to be at different levels, or did the rules change?

If they did, please let me know.

Thanks, I wanted that part to be a cliff. The minimum is 32x32, the maximum is 48x48, and you can use walls or levels to separate sections :classic:

As soccerkid sad, minimum is 32x32 and I use a wall (I build ruins in a forest + a magic fountain, maybe the fountain of youth  ). So I'm just going to use a wall of the ruins to separate the two parts

• Size will be set to a minimum of 32X32 and a maximum of 52X52.

Previously I had remembered the minimum being 48x48, but oh well. At any rate, the maximum (unlike the previous challenges, right?) is 52x52 (good thing, since mine is just abut 150 studs under. . .)

Finished my tower for the build off with Ecclesiastes today, should have pics up soon. Hopefully it will be half as good as his.

Great wip Garmadon, looking forward seeing it finished. :classic:

Also great to see so many mitgardian entries. I sure hope I´ll be able the enter because I still haven´t started yet. I entered all (mitgardian) challenges so I HAVE to enter this one too!

I just started mine on Friday. I had a completely different concept that I was halfway done with and scrapped. I've got my main ruin done, now on to the landscaping.

Is it finished then? If so make sure to post it in it's own topic

No, I'm not done yet.

I'm going to try to build a typical mitgardian Mountain in the background.

I'm not sure I'll have enough bricks though...

Really cool, this time we're really back on track: three Mitgardian entries, one Avalonian, no Nocturnia yet, nor Kaliphlin, you guys rock!!

Oh right, forgot about that, still, we are on our way again, back to where we were a year ago: the guild leading with mocs instead of fancy words!!

Just don't count your ckickens before they hatch. . . Mitgardians seem to have a tendancy to be early with their MOCs!
