Maybe I'm over thinking again. I should really get out of the habit of posting long paragraphs on Eurobricks at 2 in the morning. well tat was a hard part of moving over, but most members have fleshie alternate faces, legonardo = Bofur De Gothia = will turner Jason = thorin meph = kili etc... as more flesh characters are released more yellow heads will get similar replacements. Oh I'm sorry ZC! I think you're doing a great job! The reason I ask, is because I think GoH guild threads tend to be more active when there is some form of leader actively posting. If you left us, all us army grunts would act like a bunch of dogs chasing cars! or horses chasing carrages (runs to the lego) ... I turn my back for one day... land should not be too big, ti has no need, there is plenty of land yes but huge land like Antyria aren't nessesary. on that note, Antyria is NOT up for grabs, the AAG headquorters live there... ('nother future MOC) but you two will be added in the next update. welcome brickington! I've just realized, according to that map, the plot of land I own is about 40 times more than I needed. sorry, on the new version on page 1 it looks better, no? Maybe we should ride. The punishment is death. The first member who would like this title, has to create and executioner fig and dungeon scene. High King Of The Elves: The tribe of Elves who live in the Enchanted Forest are fearsome and resourceful warriors who defend Avalonia with their lives. The first member who would like this title will have to build an Elven scene. You don't have to use Lego's own Elf figs, you can create your own if you wish. Lord High Chief of Agriculture: Farming is an important aspect of Avalonia's daily life. Build a farming scene to achieve this title. Champion Of Avalonia: Avalonia needs a champion, one who will raise the morale of the land when he rides into battle. To earn this title, create your own champion and show him defeating an opponent in a joust. Siege Expert: Every land needs its siege weapons! To earn this title, build an example of an Avalonian siege weapon. Prince Of The Forest: The forest outlaws are skilled in stealth and archery, 2nd only to the Elves when it comes to knowledge of the forest. To earn this title, build a forest outlaw hideout. Sheriff of Avalonia: Avalonian has just emerged from its “wild” period and there are plenty of rogues and ruffians who haven’t heard the land is under new ownership. To earn this title, build a MOC of an Avalonian “evicting” a domestic enemy from the land. King (or Queen) of the Castle: They say a person’s home is their castle! To earn this title, build a MOC depicting your sigfig at his or her home. Chief Architect Of Avalonia: This final title will be handed out by myself and only to those who have proved their building skills in the main challenges with the other lands and produced some fine mocs for our land. Bonus Titles: For every main challenge, each moc will be able to score our guild points. The member who's moc scores the highest points in each different challenge will be awarded a bonus title which will refer to the challenge in question. The first main challenge is to build a watchtower, so the member who has the highest scoring watchtower out of our guild will receive the title 'Guardian Of The Land'. For each main challenge there will be a title for the member who scores the highest. There will also be extra titles handed out along the way. So what is the point of earning all these titles? Well, there are 2 great prizes which will be awarded to the winner with the most titles and the runner-up. More info on prizes will be added here at a later date. So titles are important ! First of all, trash talking is a part of the game, as long as it is only against a race or a Guild. Like I said earlier, it stops when you are aiming at one person in particular and telling everyone that you will cut of his head... As you are kind of new, we will forgive you. So let's start with a clean sheet... Some other important things: * you need other guilds to trade goods with. Even if your area is as big as Georgia, you can't find everything you need in there. Just like you need to trade your goods with them to become powerfull * Kaliphlin is a very open minded Guild, but we all have our favorite other Guild. Most of us do prefer Mitgardia & Nocturnus. In fact, Skaforhire is maybe the only one who prefers Avalonia. So great job you are doing by threatening him! * Even we Kaliphlins are not always agreeing about diplomatic cases, we do have one ground rule: the moment someone is threatened, we protect him!!! => The best example of this is again Skaforhire: Even we do have our diplomatic differences (he supported Avalonia in the Drow war, I supported the Drow) the moment he knew Mpya Stedor was in danger, he sent troops to help us. * Last but not least, like Ska said, there are only a few who really can call up an army of 500 Lego Soldiers. So it is maybe not bad to start improving some relations with some other members as if you continue like this, you will need them to defend you! I don't want to brag now (especially because in fact, half of them are from my real brother, but I have the permission to use them in MOC's as the only thing he does is collecting armies), but: I own around 70 mounted knights, more than 100 archers & crossbowmen, around 100 heavy armoured dismounted knights (The Alleenridders) and I am pretty sure I got another 200 soldiers (Ximian spearmen, axemen, Amenor samurais, Virgin Warriors (also from Amenor), Atlarkian Warriors, ...) Yeah, I have a well paying job, well at least for a 19 year old! Is not bad indeed But you have to spend it wise. Not only on soldiers, but also on bricks, bricks and more bricks. (And plants and mushrooms because you are Avalonian) Just an advice from me: make some plans on what you want to do and try to divide it between that what you see really necessary. Because otherwise in the end, you will not have spent 1000 Dollar on Historica, but 2000 Dollar or even more edit: by the way: 1000 Dollar = 1000 Euro according to TLG Edited January 17, 2013 by DaMaximus

I know I can do that, but I can't seem to find someone one to go splits. Anyone else have an idea to buy cheep Avalonian soldiers? I think I can get 20 basic dragon knights for $50 US dollars. Is that worth it?
