It's a good thing I live inland. I don't think all these taunts are going to have a good effect on our border, especially considering the fact that we haven't actually put any effort into strengthening our border support yet. Perhaps it might be a better idea to start calling out someone for a fight after we have prepared ourselves next time. XD

@jason, I think it's worth having a review of the situation, find out where people are placing some of their upcoming builds and then placing those points on the map.

How detailed will the map be?

@ Derfel There are a lot of Avalonian's that have stuck up for other guild's over the last few month's. We need to kick them out of our border's. There has been many guild member's that have defended other guild's in the last few month's over comment's I've made at other guild's. The proof is in the forums. Let's cleanse our land of any traitor's. We won't be be left with many members but it has to be done. We have too many double agent's in our rank's.They must die.

Good! a reason to build something for the AAG!should be up by Saturday

I think the map will get too packed in the end. We are constantly building so there will always be new places to add on the map.

The best way to combat this however is by placing our builds in the areas that are already mapped. A lot of you guys do anyway. I'm de Gothia builds something for Benoic then it naturally comes under the Benoic area and so obviously doesn't need a new point on the map. So any one building mocs for their areas of land is not really a concern for Jason as those areas are already marked on the map.

When it comes to building towers and first across the borders however, these new builds will need to be marked. If somebody builds a new defensive fort they also might add a settlement there as well, which eventually becomes a new area which needs to go on the map.

The island that I my Black Knight story is taking place on is in the Mystic Isles, so that will need to be added. It's known simply as 'The Dark Isle'. Which is where the 'Santuary of the Damned' is.

The best way to get around all this is as follows:

We have are main map of Avalonia which Jason does, this has all the main areas and cities listed.

Then we can also have 3 extra maps, one for each area: Enchanted Forest, Mystic Isles and the Great plains.

Each of these maps can be a more detailed close up of just that area which can show all the smaller settlements and other parts in better detail.

So if we take the enchanted forest area of Jason's map and enlarge it we can add more detailed points to that area. We can do this for each of the 3 areas and this will give a more detailed look into Avalonia.

So, Are there any interested in doing these maps?

not really it just reminded me that I haven't yet joined the AAG and I am intending to do so.

For the map: my patch of land called Arcadonia hasn't a place on the map yet, so you can put it wherever suits you/us/our land best. I said my tower of Arcadonia is situated in the Enchanted Forest, near the coastline, so a place that suits that description would be nice, but it's not necessary.

I've heard that the favorite color of almost every Avalonian is light pink :) Is that true?

I've also heard that when they ride to war, they bring sandwiches with pickles and just a touch of celery, sprinkled with cheese crumbs ;) so gourmand ;)

And at the end, I've heard that Avalonisns wont fight if it is raining, because mud could cover their green pantihoses, and then the red lines on it wount be so aparent?:)

I so much like your style, and your fancy clothes. Do you use purse for your arrows instead of quivvers? So sweet ;)

Some of that is true.

We do like light pink when it is the color of the blood stains on our swords and armor.

We do bring sandwiches with when we go to war (that is just a common sense), but we never put celery in them. Everyone knows you use celery to make "ants on a log".

We do fight in the rain, but we prefer the mud best when two salty Avalonian wenches are wrestling in it.

We don't use purses for quivers, but we do decorate our quivers with the ears and teeth of fallen Drow. I could see the confusion there.

I have some questions for you "master" Drow...

Is it true that the Drow battle cry is "Drow eat ice cream!"?

Is it true that Drow can tell the difference between every shade of red and black, but are otherwise completely color blind?

Is it true that all Drow smell like the feet or a Kaliphlin ostrich racer?

Is it true that Drow build massive buildings because they are compensating for something?

Is it true that Drow put celery on their sandwiches? That is just too weird!

It's a shame that you have to make up stuff about us to try and insult us. Unlike a Drow, we are hard as nails.

I hear that you guys are scared of the sun. Hows life under the ground? And what's it like not being able to get a girlfriend? I've never met a lady who is looking for a man who looks like he's just had a bath in ink, but if I do, I'll send her your way. Being an Avalonian, I pick up plenty of women, so I'm sure I will find you one sooner or later.

Guildsmen!

The next insult we receive from the Drow will be the final straw!

If they choose to carry on insulting us then you all have my permission to dish out some punishment and build some scenes showing our mighty warriors wiping them out!

The High King see's them as a plague and it's in our right to defend our honor!

One more word from them and it's on!!!!!!

I've already started a build for our drow friends, as beerbeard will know

I will wait, but as soon as I have lord Rexs' word it's on!

War with Nocturnus? Nah.

War with the Drow? Let me go sharpen my sword.

If people have any men in an embassy near a Drow(ven?) city, now is the time to send them home.

So what are people doing about Drow heads? are you just going to use blank black heads?

Posted

Yes black minifig heads or trans clear ones, anything like that.

Like I said, one more insult from them and Avalonia will official wage war on the Drow! I'm sure we would be doing a great service by ridding Historica from their plague!

I guess a lack of face means that we will need to take them out from behind. That's one way to avoid the problem.

Well, I must say that my girlfriend (my little helper from the photos) is TOTALY at your guild's side :) She laughs out loud on yours thrash talk, and just shrouds at mine :) not a fair fight, even for a Drow :)

"Hi, Yzngldir, are we going to raid some of the Avalonian villages?"

"Nope, my girlfriend said I can not."

:)

Now, let's start...

- "I scream for ice cream" was just a ploy of an idle Drow siege master who wanted to win a bet, betting that he can scream the most silliest things, and the people would still be scared of the Drow (We invaded the city Ulam-Balud shouting: "Little girls with ponytails!!!". Even years after we redrew from there, ponytails were forbidden, and little girls were sign of a bad omen ;) So, do not tease with the Ice Cream! :)

- About the colors: they say that there are only two important colors, making the whole Drow body: red, color of blood, and black, color of soul. White in our eyes and hair is just a prêt-a-porter detail ;)

- The smell... It is not true. And I can prove it: do you know anybody that has gotten that close to the Drow, and lived to tell the tail? :)

- ...building big as compensation... Yup. We do. Truth. We have to compensate, when we have such a small ego ;)

We were almost perfect, but we lacked modesty... Now we got it, and we are shiny perfect ;)

- About celery: "You know nothing, John Snow" :) Celery is such an aphrodisiac, it shines your eyes with nice glow in the dark, and there is no female that can resist glowy eyes, we all know that, right? :) Aaand it tastes good...

- About Sun... I do not know why do we even need the Sun, at night, there is Moon to give us light, and at day, it is already a day, and daylight. It is hot, hurts the eyes and too far to reach. Only you, surfacers, who never felt the smoothing chilling coldness of a cave, could love such an ugly thing... bah :)

- About the caves: like dwarves like to say, aren't you afraid you are going to fall to the sky? In caves, that can not happen. And, it never rains on our parade :) EVER :)

- And for girls, all your light colored skin females looks ill to me. And their eyes do not glow (what's with that? Eat more celery, surfacers! :); and the knees of your females only bent in one direction* (blah:), Believe me, you have not felt the touch of a female if you were not touched by the Drow :)

* remember Angel?:)

- And for the one word and then wiping: "word!" :) give us your best shot :)

By the way, if a Drow is week enough to be captured by the silly man in green hulahoops from Avalonia, that person is not fit to be called a Drow! :)

Drow rule supreme!
