I would just like to point out, that if Ra's doesn't turn up to say anything soon, he may not at all. If he doesn't turn up to talk, he can't vote-

Meanin' he's gonna get a five vote penalty. Dis might be a good of a reason as any ta vote fo' him.

Yes, sir, I was getting to that, sir.

To be quite honest I don't think that this is a good reason to vote him out. There are many things that could be holding Ra's tounge, but thats no reason to jump to any conclousions. Several people today have spoken yet contributed the same amount of brain power as him. In all honesty I think there is still time in the day to make an educated guess on who to vote for.

Indeed. Though the Creeper makes a good point in that we can always unvote should Ra's speak up. I would like to see how Ra's responds as a suspect under pressure, but, to be honest, I don't think he can even be considered a suspect right now. At this point, those who have spoke and contributed nothing seem more suspicious than the one who hasn't spoken at all. They're the ones who would appear to be flying under the radar, which at this point, it's still too early to make any sort of analysis as to how Ra's is playing the game dealing with this situation.

By the way, Ra's has been online awake a little while ago, well after the situation started, but he hasn't spoken since he checked in when we first all got here. I don't know if he's read the topic been in this room.

In the interest of getting people to vote early, so we can actually see things, I do this:

Vote: Killer Croc(JediAnakin)

Nothing person, Greenie, just trying to feel the water :sweet:

That's a pretty bold move, Creeper, but I think you have egg-zactly the right attitude. Sitting around talking about penalty votes won't help us at all; we need to take action. However, I would still like to hear Croc's defense before voting for him.

Good point, Mask. Someone could easily have too much on their plate and not be able to speak up, but the ones who are mostly 'off topic' are much more suspicious. I'm also rather wary of those who are willing to follow pretty much anyone who forms an accusation (namely Catwoman).

Hmm... A fair point, Riddler. You and the surprisingly level-headed Mr. Sionis have convinced me to wait. Let the Demon's Head say his piece, and if he's guilty, we cut the tongue out of the Head.

It's not yet even

Halfway through Day One,

But the Music Meister

Is already using

Cliched villain puuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuns!

You don't have to vote for him. You're not a sheep, are you? Town Criminals should have the confidence to liberally throw a vote out. I'm not worried about being investigated, so I can play actively. The Agents are deeply worried about being investigated, so they will avoid being noticed. Vote for someone you think is suspicious. This is day one. Votes are mandatory. There will be no real evidence against anyone.

That's an interesting vote, Creeper. Any reason for it or just based on thread activity?

Again, I'll repeat this:

This is day one. Votes are mandatory. There will be no real evidence against anyone.

His activity is no more suspicious than anyone else on my list, so I'm throwing that out there. Then we can see people's reactions.

Really, we should get three or so lynch nominees. Then, the chances that we peg an Agent are higher. Agents will be forced to vote together as a block to keep their guy from being lynched. But all of us bandwagoning one person helps nobody but the Agents, and sitting around discussing votes without placing any does nothing for us either.

So, I suggest people vote early, then we ca unvote as need be.

I can see why you've voted already Creeper. But I don't like jumping the gun, so to speak, and voting because someone hasn't said very much.

I'm sure we'll know what da do, once da Gator opens his jasw 'n tries ta present his case!

I'll speak slowly since you didn't understand the big words. That was not a bandwagon. I'm not trying to get him lynched. There will be no clear reason to vote on day one. It's better for the Criminals to simply start voting, in different directions. Stop the lollygagging.

I'm sure we'll know what da do, once da Gator opens his jasw 'n tries ta present his case!

That's not a bad idea, Creep. A temporary solution, I suppose. Vote: Man-Bat (Sirius Black) Nothing personal...in fact, you remind me of my Bat.

Joker, how nice you turned up. There's a question I have to ask you, what exactly happens if we're tied below the 50% mark? Will there still be a conviction?

Always nice to see you, Crane. As for your question: if no majority vote is reached, and the lynch is tied, I'll pick someone at random for the sake of progress. How's that?

That's a very good point, Creeper. I don't think there's an unvote limit, so there's no reason why we shouldn't throw votes around.

That having been said, I think I'll

Vote: Mr. Freeze (Oky)

He's only spoken up once today, and when he did he was completely off-topic.

MegaBloks. Mandatory conviction, then. Can't say I can argue with god for doing that, based on what I've read of past similar situations.

So... we now have three separate votes for three separate people who hadn't really come up before in the discussions of suspiciousness. Those may not be cast in the interests of getting someone lynched, but, rather, just to get people to talk, but I'm not sure how well things will turn out if we're divided like that.

No, wait, Egghead spoke while I was gathering my thoughts and speaking. Make that four separate votes for four separate people.

Vote: Hush/Mrlegoninja

Sorry pal. Nothing personal, but time is running out in this day.

Why me? You got a problem?

You gotta understand that I can't be on Eurobricks all the time like some.

'Eurobricks'? What is a 'Eurobricks'? You say you are 'on' it? Is it a drug? I specialize in drugs, and I've never heard of a 'Eurobricks' before. :poke:

Joking aside, I'm with Hush, here. Why the lack of a reason? Though it is possible, I doubt that Calendar Man could have gotten conclusive proof behind the scenes of Hush's allegiance, so he must have noticed something in Hush's public behavior. Anything, really, other than 'time is running out'. Seriously? How can you convict someone on the grounds that 'time is running out' when we aren't even half-way through the Day?

I'm sure he's just doing what were all doing, just voting whoever seems suspicious.

I'm gonna vote:Clayface/Whitefang, I don't like the idea of someone who can transform his appearance to look like other people, and he has been less then helpful for today.

What the hell's Eurobricks? This is the Iceberg Lounge, you fool!

And he said it's nothing personal. If you were paying attention, you'd know that this is a test. We're just playing random notes as we tune the piano, trying to get it to play its sweet music.

And seeing as how it's now safe to vote, I will...

Vote: Ra's al Ghul (Fred Fred Burger)

For now, this is a temporary solution, but if Ra's doesn't say something soon, it will become very permanent.

It's not the vote itself that I question - not, in fact, anything that was said, but what wasn't said. Take your own vote, for example:

I'm gonna vote:Clayface/Whitefang, I don't like the idea of someone who can transform his appearance to look like other people, and he has been less then helpful for today.

Note the portion I emphasized. That's a fairly sensible reason for the vote. Calendar Man's vote lacks that.

I get the idea of forcing a person to talk more, but how hard is it to state a better reason for a vote than 'time is running out' when we have half a Day's worth of time left?

I suppose I'm just nitpicking the exact way the vote was cast, but it still bothers me.

Keep in mind he's the Calendar man. I think everything he says will have time talk in it.

I suppose. I think that would be in the realm of excessive roleplaying confusing obsession with a concept, though. :sceptic: Like this character I remember reading about in a book who got lynched for running around saying he was abusing heroin. In that same book, there were some who decided to speak in a really confusing fake Russian accent.

Not that that's anything to overreact over right now, it jus bothers me. :sceptic:

Vote:The Mad Hatter/Jedi master Brick. He has gone the longest time without saying anything (excluding Ra's, who hasn't said anything).

Yeah, 'n even dat was ta try and lynch sumbody off randomly. I know wanna dese's guys we're votin' fo' now are gonna be randomly lynched by da Clown, but he didna explain his point. Fo' all we know, da Mad Hatta mighta jus' ment pick a name outta a hat, and 'av us all vote for 'em!

I'm not God, Black Mask, merely your old friend Joker. I know how you like to worship me though, so please go right ahead. Ha ha ha!

Please remain in-character in the Day threads.

Current vote tally

Killer Croc (JediAnakin): 1 - def

Man-Bat (Sirius Black): 1 - CallMePieOrDie

Hush (Mrlegoninja): 1 - Bob_

Mr Freeze (Oky): 1 - Captain Tamamono

Clayface (WhiteFang): 1 - sok117

Ra's al Ghul (Fred Fred Burger): 1 - Capt. Redblade

The Mad Hatter (Jedi master Brick): 1 - Professor Flitwick

This is getting chaotic! I love it!

Sorry. I've been in similar situations before when I referred to some similar to yourself as 'god'. It's become a habit.

Mr. Happy Head, why didn't you wake me up when after I dozed off when they're having all this lengthy conversations? So much to catch up, Argh! :hmpf_bad:

To all those who are doubting me at this point, I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND. I have nothing now but my bold revelation and my honest intent of helping the overall cause of the criminals, so I wait for our gracious hosts to reveal my truel allegiance tomorrow, DEAD or ALIVE. I agree it doesn't much help us out in finding someone to vote for today, but I'm simply doing what I believe is a step towards the right direction for all of us. I guarantee no instant results, but all I'm offering is a TRUSTED avenue for all concerned criminals to coordinate (anonymously) their possible actions with in the coming days, granting I'll still be alive.

Now let me catch up with all the discussions before I say more.
