Brickdoctor Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 No worries, Baby Doll. I think we all understand that you're making the most of what you have Today.
XimenaPaulina Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 Normally, I think that's the way to go, but with the cowardly crew we assembled here, I have a feeling at least some of the scum agents will try to do the under the radar thing. Again, I'll repeat this: This is day one. Votes are mandatory. There will be no real evidence against anyone. His activity is no more suspicious than anyone else on my list, so I'm throwing that out there. Then we can see people's reactions. Really, we should get three or so lynch nominees. Then, the chances that we peg an Agent are higher. Agents will be forced to vote together as a block to keep their guy from being lynched. But all of us bandwagoning one person helps nobody but the Agents, and sitting around discussing votes without placing any does nothing for us either. So, I suggest people vote early, then we ca unvote as need be. Thank God for someone as logical as The Creeper for pointing this out. Even if I do not trust him (the same way that I do not trust anyone of you at this point) he makes the most sense in voting out for someone who is inactive or has little to no significant contribution at all. Remember that "an inactive useless townie criminal is the scum's best friend". So I will: Vote: Killer Croc (Jedi Anakin) Just check out his last comment, how very useful. Current vote tally Killer Croc (JediAnakin): 1 - def Man-Bat (Sirius Black): 1 - CallMePieOrDie Hush (Mrlegoninja): 1 - Bob_ Mr Freeze (Oky): 1 - Captain Tamamono Clayface (WhiteFang): 1 - sok117 Ra's al Ghul (Fred Fred Burger): 1 - Capt. Redblade The Mad Hatter (Jedi master Brick): 1 - Professor Flitwick What ever happened to a sense of unity among the criminals? This is the most random voting I've seen for a first day voting. :wacko:Though the way I see it this is most likely a scum plot to further confuse the criminals, so remember those names on that list.
Tamamono Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 What ever happened to a sense of unity among the criminals? This is the most random voting I've seen for a first day voting. :wacko:Though the way I see it this is most likely a scum plot to further confuse the criminals, so remember those names on that list. Although Creeper's idea was a good one, I have to admit that the voting is getting a little out of hand. Still, there's plenty of time left in the day, and I'm sure the number of votes will go down as people arrive to defend themselves.
K-Nut Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 You bring up excellent points, Baby Doll. So I will: Vote: Killer Croc (Jedi Anakin) Just check out his last comment, how very useful. My thoughts exactly, you don't just come barging in here saying the same stuff we've been discussing all day. Way to help us out, Croc. What ever happened to a sense of unity among the criminals? This is the most random voting I've seen for a first day voting. Though the way I see it this is most likely a scum plot to further confuse the criminals, so remember those names on that list. I agree with this even more. Voting randomly does not help us, people! How do we ever get a conviction by voting this randomly? Oh I know! We don't. Before we waste our votes today on these pupils, we should at least narrow it down so we can get a general idea of who's scum. So far our big suspects so far are Killer Croc and Ra's, unless I'm missing something. I'll wait to vote until they can defend themselves.
XimenaPaulina Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 I have to admit that the voting is getting a little out of hand. Still, there's plenty of time left in the day, and I'm sure the number of votes will go down as people arrive to defend themselves. Getting a little out of hand is an understatement, it already has! And sorry but I don't believe that "there's so much time left" if you consider the different time zones times we sleep in this icy lounge. I do hope that the criminals come to their senses and somehow make a majority decision at the end of the day.
Tamamono Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 I agree with this even more. Voting randomly does not help us, people! How do we ever get a conviction by voting this randomly? Oh I know! So far our big suspects so far are Killer Croc and Ra's, unless I'm missing something. I'll wait to vote until they can defend themselves. While I agree that the random voting needs to stop, how is Croc a 'big suspect'? He's spoken just as many times as other people. Everyone needs to understand that accusation does not automatically equal suspect. Getting a little out of hand is an understatement, it already has! And sorry but I don't believe that "there's so much time left" if you consider the different time zones times we sleep in this icy lounge. I do hope that the criminals come to their senses and somehow make a majority decision at the end of the day. Yes, I suppose that's true. The random voting is just causing chaos. Unvote: Mr. Freeze (Oky) I honestly have no idea what we're going to do. I guess everyone's just going to follow the herd and vote for Croc.
K-Nut Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 While I agree that the random voting needs to stop, how is Croc a 'big suspect'? Well maybe a big suspect was the wrong term, possible suspect maybe? Just, to me, seems not along side the other people who are on Jokers list.
sok117 Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 What ever happened to a sense of unity among the criminals? This is the most random voting I've seen for a first day voting. :wacko:Though the way I see it this is most likely a scum plot to further confuse the criminals, so remember those names on that list. The hole idea with voting is to not start a bandwagon, because according to the creeper, bandwagons are great for scum as it is harder to find them in bandwagon against a townie. So if we go by that logic, were damned if we bandwagon, and were damned if we don't. People are voting the inactive players to get them to talk more, and were gonna see if it works, Hush already started defending himself (kinda) it's this kinda stuff that were trying to start so we can have more conversation and therefore more of a chance of seeing the agents slip up, I can't speak on anyone elses behalf, but I stated my reason for voting for clayface. We arenot voting randomly, these are methods we need to take to get the answers we need, so some people get a little roughed up along the way.
Brickdoctor Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 We arenot voting randomly, these are methods we need to take to get the answers we need, so some people get a little roughed up along the way. I don't think Baby Doll is accusing you of voting randomly, just criticizing the sheer amount of different votes.
K-Nut Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 We arenot voting randomly, these are methods we need to take to get the answers we need, so some people get a little roughed up along the way. If we were trying to have them speak up, we'd have more than one person vote for each person. How does on vote each get 'em to speak up? They most likely don't see one vote as a threat.
XimenaPaulina Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 Oh wait, gosh I think I made a mistake. I blame this stupid "Jedi username" personas of these people. This was the the useless comment I was referring too: I have to say, not voting today will make it worse It's "Jedi master Brick" The Mad Hatter NOT "Jedi Anakin" Killer Croc, you megablock Mr. Happy Head! So with that I'll: Unvote: Killer Croc (Jedi Anakin) Vote: The Mad Hatter (Jedi master Brick) Sorry for the confusion.
sok117 Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 Baby Dollssss Comments were bold. If she is lying, on day 2 if we did not get an allegiance or a scum reading, she would be convicted. If she is telling the truth, the scum would kill her. We have to vote soon, so we need to start thinking. This is all Killer Croc has said, he simply just stated facts that he was able to conclude from what Babydoll had to say. I'm not defending him, but I don't see how this makes him a big suspect. And furthermore, I'd like to ask Babydoll if her allegiance being reveled tomorrow has anything to do with her skill or ability? If we were trying to have them speak up, we'd have more than one person vote for each person. How does on vote each get 'em to speak up? They most likely don't see one vote as a threat. Or they just haven't been around to see the accusation yet. Trust me, even a single vote against you is enough to get your feathers ruffled. Again I'd like to ask Babydoll if her faction being reveled has anything to do with her skill/ability, heres hoping she reads this!
XimenaPaulina Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 May I ask Babydoll, does this identity confirmation have anything to do with your skill or action? Assuming there all unique, it seems logical that her identity is related to her ability. And furthermore, I'd like to ask Babydoll if her allegiance being reveled tomorrow has anything to do with her skill or ability? Wow, you got my eyebrow raised when you first asked that and now you just pretty much confirmed my suspicion on you with that follow-up question. Why the sudden fixation on whether my allegiance is linked as ability or a skill? Only a scum would want to know that info, since I have sensed that the scum would likely BLOCK AND KILL me tonight, knowing how I am important to the criminals. So is that why you're asking scumbag??
Brickdoctor Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 Well, past similar situations have taught me that people like the Mad Hatter do nothing but cause confusion. Having played in that game Being able to relate to one of the characters in that past situation probably makes me a little biased, but I thing Mad Hatter is a reasonable 'big' suspect.
XimenaPaulina Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 Again I'd like to ask Babydoll if her faction being reveled has anything to do with her skill/ability, heres hoping she reads this! For the third freakin' time!
sok117 Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 Wow, you got my eyebrow raised when you first asked that and now you just pretty much confirmed my suspicion on you with that follow-up question. Why the sudden fixation on whether my allegiance is linked as ability or a skill? Only a scum would want to know that info, since I have sensed that the scum would likely BLOCK AND KILL me tonight, knowing how I am important to the criminals. So is that why you're asking scumbag?? The reason I kept asking is because I asked much earlier and you didn't answer so I assumed you didn't read it, so I've just kept asking. The reason I want to know is because I want to know what is giving you this edge, I want to know why you are able to have your identity supposedly confirmed by the hosts and no one else, does it have something to do with your natural abilities or is this something that is out of your power? Why are the hosts going to be able to confirm you and not other criminals. You said it yourself that people will be skeptical of your information, forgive me, but I am one of those people, I don't fully believe you yet, that's why I'm doing my part as a criminal and trying to find out more information.
Tamamono Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 It's "Jedi master Brick" The Mad Hatter NOT "Jedi Anakin" Killer Croc, you megablock Mr. Happy Head! So with that I'll: Unvote: Killer Croc (Jedi Anakin) Vote: The Mad Hatter (Jedi master Brick) Sorry for the confusion. While Croc hasn't done anything to arouse my suspicions (although he might still be scum), I agree that Hatter is very suspicious. First he says that we need a random vote, then he just states the obvious. Interesting... I assume that if it is your action or skill, you'll have to ask Penguin and Joker to reveal your affiliation for you, which would mean that it is an active action. The scum, thinking that you would draw the protections, would try to find out if blocking you would do any good. If you don't come up as criminal tomorrow, you'll obviously be lynched, so keeping you from activating that power is in the scum's best interest. Nygma was being perfectly inconspicuous by asking (hell, even I'm curious!), but it could easily be a scum ploy.
sok117 Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 you'll obviously be lynched, so keeping you from activating that power is in the scum's best interest. Nygma was being perfectly inconspicuous by asking (hell, even I'm curious!), but it could easily be a scum ploy. Good point, I hadn't even thought of that possibility to be honest, I suppose if this confirmation is linked to her skill then being blocked would negate it? It's all very weird. I think if a protection could be achieved do you think that would also result in a block? I'm still very interested to see what Babydoll has to say on the matters.
def Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 So far our big suspects so far are Killer Croc and Ra's, unless I'm missing something. I'll wait to vote until they can defend themselves. No, everyone is a suspect. You're a suspect. Some people are being pointed at because of weak statements. Now pay attention from now on! The hole idea with voting is to not start a bandwagon, because according to the creeper, bandwagons are great for scum as it is harder to find them in bandwagon against a townie. No, it's not according to me. It's according to logic. If everyone votes for the same person, it's hard to learn anything. If you find any data that contradicts that logic, by all means, share. This is going to be a real headache for the first few days, I can tell. Even when the accused snap out of their trance and "defend" themselves, unless they're really nutty and let something slip out, it doesn't mean anything, since there's no way to prove you're innocent. Baby Doll is the only one I'm putting any trust in right now, since she made a verifiable claim, and it would hurt scum to put them out there for no reason. A real headache indeed.
XimenaPaulina Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 The reason I kept asking is because I asked much earlier and you didn't answer so I assumed you didn't read it, so I've just kept asking. I think if a protection could be achieved do you think that would also result in a block? I'm still very interested to see what Babydoll has to say on the matters. Sorry but I don't buy that megablocks. As far as I know, only the scum would be VERY keenly interested to know that, like what you've been desperately fishing for right now (four times in a row baby!). But sorry, I WILL NOT TELL YOU. Only the The Penguin and The Joker will reveal my allegiance tomorrow. Any townie criminal won't be that much interested in that since they have no use for that info, ONLY THE SCUM will gain an advantage if I tell you if what I have is an ability or a skill. So I'll leave you scumbags on edge and do your stupid guessing game. Haha, I love these mind games. Also, if you have problems with our "God-given" talents, why not approach the hosts in their chamber (read: C & D topic). This isn't the place to complain about things like that. Egg-zactly my point. (see what I just said there ). Again only the scum would want that piece of vital info, because they know they could pin me down if they knew the truth and render me dead and useless for the criminals tomorrow. So let me summarize: Scumtell #1: The Riddler has been desperately fishing info on whether my revelation of allegiance is an ability or a skill, which only a scum will be interested to know. Scumtell #2: Only a scum would complain in what they seem is unfair that a certain criminal will get an advantage of revealing his allegiance in this ordeal. It is a known role, read the books! You're not as intelligent as I though you were The Riddler. Blame the hosts, not the criminals! With that, I'll: Unvote: The Mad Hatter (Jedi master Brick) Vote: The Riddler (sok117)

I've asked three times, and you ignored me the first time, so I persissted, I thought you were just avoiding the question so I asked some more. I want to know if it is your skill or not mainly just to see if I can get a head of the game, I want to know if I can trust you, to do that I need to know why your identity will be revealed, will it be because you have an ability that allows you to confirm to everyone that you are town, or is it something that is out of your hands and is mainly narrative on the hosts part. And how am I complaining? I'm not complaining at all that your alliance will be revealed, by all means if we can have a central trusted criminal, I'm all for it! I've never once said it's unfair! Your just making stuff up now.
Tamamono Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 Egg-zactly my point. (see what I just said there ). Again only the scum would want that piece of vital info, because they know they could pin me down if they knew the truth and render me dead and useless for the criminals tomorrow. Damn it, stop stealing my lines! As a matter of fact, I was pretty interested as well, but you didn't respond to my initial question (it's a few pages back), so I took that as you not wanting to talk about it. Nygma, on the other hand, continued to pester you about it. So let me summarize: Scumtell #1: The Riddler has been desperately fishing info on whether my revelation of allegiance is an ability or a skill, which only a scum will be interested to know. You're not as intelligent as I though you were The Riddler. Blame the hosts, not the criminals! Egg-zactly right. Nygma's struck me as pretty scummy today, but if he really was scum, I don't think his team would let him go on like this. With that, I'll: Unvote: The Mad Hatter (Jedi master Brick) Vote: The Riddler (sok117) I have to admit, it's very tempting to vote for him. It's certainly a more viable option than just voting off someone because they haven't logged on in a while haven't been around. I'll think about it for a while. I've asked three times, and you ignored me the first time, so I persissted, I thought you were just avoiding the question so I asked some more. Nygma, on the other hand, continued to pester you about it. Reason being was because I thought she either a) Didn't see it or b)avoided it on purpose. I'm trying to understand this because I haven't seen anything like it before and I don't know what to make of it.
XimenaPaulina Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 I want to know if it is your skill or not mainly just to see if I can get a head of the game, I want to know if I can trust you, to do that I need to know why your identity will be revealed, will it be because you have an ability that allows you to confirm to everyone that you are town, or is it something that is out of your hands and is mainly narrative on the hosts part. Why not just wait, like what the other criminals who also understandably doubt me at this point, are doing? Why again are you itching to know the truth NOW? Oh yeah that's right, it's because you and your scumbag undercover agents would like to take me out tonight, and that info you're fishing out is VITAL to your plan of attack tonight isn't it? Once again, I would re-iterate: What does the town criminals gain if they knew this info? NOTHING! ONLY THE SCUM would gain an advantage had they known the true nature of my "allegiance revelation".

Well I'm trying to be more active rather then passive, I'm trying to accomplish something rather then just sit around, say one thing for the day, then be on my marry way. I want to try to figure things out sooner rather then later. I guess your right that I could have just waited for tomorrow, but when you didn't answer my question simply the first time around, and not necessarily answer it, but acknowledge it, then I wouldn't have gotten suspicious and kept snooping. Then I wouldn't have accidentally put myself under the chopping block and we could be working towards finding someone who is actually scum.
