Thank you for piecing this together, it does appear to say that there are 4 Witchbreed. It does help us in narrowing down to 4 who those scummy Witchbreed ... but that's not really useful for now!

If you all want to know, I'm the Town Roleblocker. If I can find the Godfather, I might be able to block them, and then no kill. That's why I've been trying to catch a Scum, to see who jumps up and defends them, or who waits and just jumps on the bandwagon. That would narrow the possibilities, and then I could make an educated guess as to who to block. So, if I could just find that friggin' Godfather, that would be very helpful.

Hey, no need to get all exclamation mark on me . I was only testing the waters. I didn't notice that you had spoken almost at the same time, but now that you've pointed that out, I can see that you're right. Since you're not in any imminent danger of being lynched, I'll hold off my unvote until I have an idea of who I want to switch my vote to.

You answered your own question. I did it because no one trusts me and I'm about to get voted off. It was the last defense I had. I don't really have evidence that you can trust me, but enough people are against me that not even solid evidence would save me.

From what I can see, you are not being voted off in a landslide yet, as a matter of fact the last official count lists you in a tie. There is still time left to defend yourself. No votes are final yet, but time is marching along forward as it tends to do.

I agree with this completely. More talking today may not reveal more confidence in our votes for today, but it should give us more insight as we move through this ordeal. By tomorrow, some of us will have real evidence to go on.

I agree that's the most likely solution to the puzzle, and it should be helpful later. I suppose it'll also give us a good idea of how we're doing, unless your last statement turns out to be untrue. The other problem may be that there are additional parties who have their own interests in mind, neither town or Witchbreed. That's a scenario we should keep in mind, but I don't see much point in fretting about it until there's some evidence that we have such a rogue element.

I would expect these to have randomly fallen around the castle where they could've been picked up by anyone. At this point, I'm also a bit surprised that we are still missing so many pieces. Either someone is intentionally holding onto a piece since they have something to gain by not revealing it, or not all the pieces have been found yet. That said, I'm not sure the latter matters so much if it does indeed say what you indicated.

That's a very interesting reveal, and the type of thing that comes with having your back against the wall. On the one hand, if you are the roleblocker, we could really use your help. On the other hand, it's not a role that I was 100% expecting anyone to have. All that said, it could very well be true. I'll have to think about this one, but I doubt the Godfather was going to be easy to identify on day 1.

If he's scum, he would know that scum also have received puzzle pieces (since he himself has found one) and could be using that to try to confuse the town into thinking that those with puzzle pieces are town, hence clearing himself and possibly his scummates if they also have found such pieces. That's a very good point. I think it's a pretty stupid theory to believe that whoever didn't get a puzzle piece (like me) is automatically a member of the witchbreed. With this evidence I would like to:

I have to agree with Scubacarrot, you do sound pretty suspicious. I don't know if you are scum, but I think you have sounded the most suspicious yet. Saying things like, well now the scum will kill me and don't vote me, it won't get you anywhere just sounds suspicious, you need to give reasons why you're innocent. I'm sorry, but I'm going to vote for The Wife of Darth (darthnihilius) I truly hope we can get rid of one scum today. On the first day, we don't have much evidence, but someone will die, so I'm going to vote for I think is the most likely scum.

This is a good point, I really think the The Wife of Darth is scum, but like you said, I'm not 100% sure. Hope my vote goes to the best.

I tend to agree that it's unlikely that the puzzle pieces only went to one group of participants. I wonder though if some scum did get peices but held onto them for fear it would reveal who they are. Or at least one way to find them.

As it turns out the message just gives a number, but if the scum only saw a few pieces at the start they may have been wary and not shown their pieces.

This means that those currently holding pieces back may be considered either lazy or scum...

Or they could just lie and say "I didn't get a piece" (maybe that's what Wife of Darth is doing).

Well, my day has been crazy busy so while I've had a chance to catch up on things here and there, I don't really know yet what to make of some of these latter events. I look forward to tomorrow when we have some real evidence to go on. There seems to be a lot of switching of votes, so perhaps we'll be able to use that information tomorrow to gain more understanding.
