Lego_Hero Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Hey Peeps, I wanted to show some of my heroes now that I've mastered posting images. LOL! Jack Arcane is a science mage; able to bend reality using power supplied to him by the entity Order. Jack recently spent time hovering in Earth's orbit making the planet invisible in response to a few attempted alien invasions. Alpha was given super strength and flight during a government experiment. Omega(I) was once Alpha's sidekick before moving on to lead the Terrific Trio. Alpha leads a young group of heroes, but his motives are suspect at best. Sea Sprite is an Atlantean from an alternate timeline. In the Protector's Universe, Atlanteans are blue because of chemical warfare with the Nazis during WWII. In Sea Sprite's reality, the Axis powers never developed the technology that led to her race's genetic mutation. Spyderfang is the leader of Alpha's new recruits. Another product of experiment, Spyder's strength and agility are above normal and he has a venomous bite. He doesn't care that Alpha's methods are heavy-handed. Jack Arcane is 100% stock Lego. Alpha's torso sticker is from a clone brand, I believe. Sea Sprite's ankle wings were made by drilling small holes and fitting the wings inside. Spyderfang's torso decal is from the old Minifig Customization Network website. I don't know who made it,but I know I modified it from the original. Quote
Hobbestimus Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Dude, nice work on the Ankle Wing mod. Very clever. Quote
Lego_Hero Posted December 3, 2011 Author Posted December 3, 2011 Thanks. The first time I bought them off of bricklink I bought two of the same side. I believe that particular drill bit is also the one I use tho make arm holes. Quote
VBBN Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 Gotta agree, the angle wings look nice. A port on the side of the foot like that opens up a lot of possibilites for MOCing really. Quote

Absolutely right. Sometimes I put pieces up against minifigs just to see if they would look good affixed to them. Quote
