Jipay Posted April 24, 2004 Posted April 24, 2004 I don't know if you were aware of this : Now kids can also become licences addicted ! Quote
ApophisV Posted April 24, 2004 Posted April 24, 2004 there were more licenses out there from duplo (sorry, its now called "explore".. :P )... at least from bob the builder and something with winnie puh as i remember right... though i dont like the figs of the ferrari-set, the rest of it looks nice... remembers me of the good old duplo cars!!! DoubleT Posted April 24, 2004 Posted April 24, 2004 Well, Duplo is going to be Duplo agian. Nobody wanted to buy the Explorer series ;) Quote
Jipay Posted April 25, 2004 Author Posted April 25, 2004 yes, bad sales, do you want us to pos news about lego economy ? Quote
ApophisV Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 yes, bad sales, do you want us to pos news about lego economy ? sure! where do you get those informations? Quote
ApophisV Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 uh... financial newspapers... hard stuff... (for me... ;) ) but please post everything from interest (related to lego)!!! (maybe into a new topic, we don't need to exaggerate our off-topic-posting, isn't it?!? :P ) Quote
jonfett Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 Bleh!! I know its duplo, which is for kids, but I don't like the look of the sets. the mini fig scale ferrari set is great but these are bad. If you are going to encourage your child to build with Lego then don't buy these. They only have about 9-10 pieces. :P Jon. Quote
jonfett Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 I was searching for ferrari sets on Shop at home and I found this - http://shop.lego.com/product.asp?p=S1253&t=3&d=7. Was this part of the new ferrari line this year? I don't remember it being in any of the catalogs. Jon. Quote
ApophisV Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 haven't seen this before... maybe some s@h exlusive?!? its neither listed in my current s@h-catalog nor in my lego-catalog... Quote
jonfett Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 I too had never seen it before until I found it in the search. I think I'll buy a copy next time a make a s@h order. I'm guessing though that it is part of the ferrari range. Jon. Quote
ApophisV Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 are they complete new or are they just re-releases or maybe something like remains?!? Quote
ApophisV Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 cool... but why arent they listed in the current catalogs?!? some spontaneous idea of some lego guy?!? "hey people, lets release some sets tomorrow!" Quote
DoubleT Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 Well they are, but they are in the front of them, not with the System sets Quote
ApophisV Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 maybe there are differences between different countries' catalogs... Quote
DoubleT Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 Strange... Have you seen the at Shop At Home Quote
ApophisV Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 at germany one of the sets (the transporter) is available... but not the other four (or more?!?) that are available in USA (i hadn't looked up other countries) Quote
