Sarg_Kulo Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 For me, I'd say I, Robot. I think these were pretty good to tho: Spiderman 2 LOTR: ROTK And probably the incredibles but I havent seen that yet. You? Quote
sam89 Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 ROTK actually came out in 2003, so that can't really be counted. My favourite is also I, Robot, with Spider-man 2 a close second. Quote
ApophisV Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 1. ROTK (which I've seen on 2nd january 2004.... ;)) 2. Spider-Man 2 (VERY close 2nd place 3.a. Incredibles 3.b. Butterfly Effect Other good films: - Harry Potter 3 - Sky Captain and The World of Tomorrow Yeah, thats it for me.... ;) Quote
Sarg_Kulo Posted January 8, 2005 Author Posted January 8, 2005 Well I definatly saw ROTK in 2004. Bout half way through 04 Quote
Vader Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 Wow that sure is a hard question :/ there was so many good ones to choose from but i guess spiderman 2 was the one that i liked the best. Quote
ImperialJohn Posted January 9, 2005 Posted January 9, 2005 Sad winner X:D I think "Van Helsing" was much more impressive. Quote
jonfett Posted January 9, 2005 Posted January 9, 2005 I thought that the incredibles was a great film, probably one of Pixars best! But I also really liked Spiderman 2, like alot of you guys. Its a tough decision :/ Jon. Quote
Orlego Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 I will say Spiderman 2 as well, unless the Cat in the Hat was a 04 movie. *sick* Just kidding. Quote
Luigi Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 Am I alone to have found this Spiderman 2 boring ? It's all the time about the same thing, the super hero who can't be recognized of course and suffers of it, after he doubts of himself and finally comes back tada ! ... plus the love story ... i don't know i've been a lot dissapointed after the first one that i really liked ... Fahrenheit 9/11, the Incredibles and a french film named Les Choristes were the best films i saw in 2004 but i thought there was too much big production, like Troie or King Arthur i didn't want to see because they were talking about historic things without telling really what happens meantime ... Of course Lotr is *wub* ^^ *edit : the butterfly effect was very good too, good choice apo ... i only hoped the end was a little bit .... more *dramatic* *devil* *devil* *devil* Quote
Sarg_Kulo Posted January 10, 2005 Author Posted January 10, 2005 No I foudn spiderman 2 a little.... disapointing. I enojoyed some of it but I just hate how everyone finds out who he is. Quote
Orlego Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 Ok, I will trade in my Spiderman 2 vote for Fahrenheit 9/11. And it just won the People's Choice Award, even though the people voted for President Megablock. I just don't understand the US people anymore. *wacko* Quote
Jipay Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 tss tss too late. For spiderman defense, I think it was great in showing how it could be for a teenage super hero. You know his main concern is to have a life, to study to earn money and not to be a spiderstuff. I find this nice. And there was some really good jokes in it :-D Quote

Jipay Posted January 11, 2005 Posted January 11, 2005 Well at least I'm missing the super hero part :-D Quote
mahjqa Posted January 13, 2005 Posted January 13, 2005 Hehe, Jipay realy understands Peter Parker... Struggling with money, studies, girls and super hero powers.... :P For a second there I read "studless girls"... But that's a whole other topic. Though I wouldn't mind hearing about that (significant others and/or Lego) either, I'll try to stay on topic here; For me, the best 2004 film would be the Incredibles. Saw it thrice (yes, I'm a loon) in theatres, and I'm getting the DVD as soon as I can. Second would be Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence, but I must also admit not having been to many movies this year. Orlego Posted January 13, 2005 Posted January 13, 2005 You know his main concern is to have a life, to study to earn money and not to be a spiderstuff. Yeah but besides the spider stuff, we are trying to do the same thing here as Americans. :P ;) Quote
Darth Drew Posted January 14, 2005 Posted January 14, 2005 Here is my top 3: 1. Resident Evil 2 (I loved the movie) 2. Spiderman 2 (Great summer blockbuster) 3. DodgeBall (THE comedy of the year) Quote
Brickmaster Posted January 15, 2005 Posted January 15, 2005 I liked Napolean Dynomyte. It has no plot, no reason, and just when you think it ended, it keeps going. I also liked Spiderman 2 , wonder what 3 will be like... Quote
Brickmaster Posted January 15, 2005 Posted January 15, 2005 I forgot i saw dodgeball too, that was great. really funny Quote
